xtravision staff werent just employees, I've seen them based in one shop and they go to another county and help train staff, or just help with change overs because they felt they were part of a team! Over the years theres been great friendships built within the company and employees did their best for xtravision trying to push sales and hit the ludricous targets xtravision set them and they to be sent out the door with no warning and such lack of respect leaves so many of them into the depts of despair now!

Its a disgrace on how xtra vision are treating the staff. I'm sure those in head office won't go without wages or even bonuses. Pay the staff their entitlements and shame on those who told the staff in Athy that their jobs were safe.

Because I know how hard the staff worked so hard clearing up stock and closing up the shops with a promise of redundancy at the end and then to be told they weren't getting any is shameful! Bad enough to lose your job but to be betrayed as well, just disgusting.

Bad enough to lose ur job being told!! Half these people didn't get told, haven't been paid for work they've already done and not getting redundancy!! It's an utter disgrace!!! People depend on a weekly wage!! They are entitled to what they're owed!!!

Employees are entitled to at least basic terms and severance conditions. Xtravision should at least provide that.
