Because all Doctors should be able to treat their patients with any legal drug that they believe is beneficial for the patients well being, without being suspended for it. TGA AHPRA HCCC all who had vested interests in only allowing the Doctors one choice which was the mRNA experimental injection that came with no long term data health outcomes and was a black triangle drug for its entirety of the provisional only approval, as opposed to the Nobel Prize winning drug that was having world wide success in the prophylactic early prevention of the virus as well as a 98% success rate in patients recovering from the virus. Unlike the mRNA injection it had failed to protect the vaccinated and it failed to prevent the spread of the virus in fact it had so many serious adverse events including death and yet still pushed by all here in Australia to be the only treatment allowed to be given by all Doctors removing their right to prescribe a drug that had virtually no adverse events and was absolutely saving patients lives worldwide. Ivermectin was the hero of the Covid 19 Virus outbreak worldwide. No Australian Doctor should have been denied the right to prescribe the drug for the early prophylactic treatment of the virus or the after treatment once you got the virus Ivermectin still faired better then Remdesivir which actually caused more deaths than it saved. Certain members on that HCCC pushed the Covid 19 Vaccine constantly on social media and has never apologised for his part in that total misinformation & disinformation lie that he spread about the mRNA injection that it stopped you getting the virus and stopped the spread of the virus when in actual fact it didn't do any that at all. I believe the HCCC has acted unfairly due to the following reasons 1. Lack of due process:Dr. Trinh was suspended following 2 complaints lodged on the same day, one of which was anonymous and possibly fraudulent. The HCCC did not appear to thoroughly investigate the legitimacy of these 2 complaints before initiating disciplinary action. 2.Failure To Refer to Tribunal: The medical council, in coordination with the HCCC failed to promptly refer Dr.Trinh's case to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, which is the appropriate body for determining disciplinary matters. 3.Dismissal Of Contextual Evidence: Dr Trinh's use of Ivermectin was based on international research and protocols from the FLCCC alliance. Despite her patient recovering, the HCCC did not consider the broader context of her clinical decision- making or her long standing record of safe practice.4.Disregard For Professional History: with over 27 years of experience and no prior complaints, Dr Trinh's suspension appears to ignore exemplary service and humanitarian work. The punitive response seems misaligned with her Professional history and contributions. 5.Potential Bias and Media Influence: one of the complaints was linked to a hospital toxicologist known for publicly opposing Ivermectin.
