📜 PETITION TO THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE ON THE HEALTH CARE COMPLAINTS COMMISSION (HCCC)

Comments

#1802

I believe the behaviour of the HCCC and Medical Council in this case is despicable and must be addressed without delay. We will not accept corruption or unlawful conduct from the very bodies entrusted to regulate with integrity and fairness.

Janine (Sydney, 2025-09-06)

#1803

I believe Dr MyLe Trinu is a good doctor who should not be persecuted,YP7G

Antonia Martinez (NSW, 2025-09-10)

#1805

From what I see she’s a doctor that has done no wrong that deserves to practice, MAKE IT RIGHT . Enough is enough

Liam (Melbourne, 2025-09-12)

#1806

Because what is happening is illegal

Timothy (Surfers Paradise, 2025-09-12)

#1807

The government should never have control of health professionals.

Beverley (Perth, 2025-09-12)

#1808

concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW

les paglia (melbourne, 2025-09-12)

#1809

I agree fully with the complaint and the case in discussion. The actions of regulatory and compliance bodies for health professionals needs an oversight into mismanagement. Currently there appears to be none and therefore deemed a loose cannon and harmful to the profession.

Varghese (Warrandyte, 2025-09-12)

#1812

I object to kangaroo court arrangement.

Jane COFFEY (Nelson Bay, 2025-09-13)

#1813

Because all of covid patient that I know understand how ridiculous this disease had no cure on it

Ross (sydney, 2025-09-27)

#1814

Procedural unfairness.

Anthony (2025-09-27)

#1815

Truth and integrity must be upheld so that the system can be trusted. The treatment of My-Le violates these principles

David (Sydney, 2025-09-28)

#1816

I'm signing this petition as I support the concerns raised in the reasons above.
The HCCC should be an independent body but they have grossly shown they have worked in collusion with others.
I want to be assured the correct actions by the HCCC have been taken but if not - we deserve the matter to be investigated.
The very drawn out affair of this current proceedings is also unjustified and should be looked into.
Thank you.

Anne (Mount Pleasant, 2025-09-28)

#1817

I believe DR My le Trinh has been unfairly treated by the HCCC.
Regards Justin Cox

Justin (Lambton, 2025-09-28)

#1819

This incident warrants further investigation to restore faith, fairness and justice in role of regulatory bodies. If regulators are permitted to prosecute health and medical practitioners without following the law, the rights of every health professional in Australia is at risk, as is the health of patients.

Carolyn (Beechworth, 2025-09-29)

#1820

I am signing because I wholeheartedly support doctors who seek to fully inform their patients about the risks and potential adverse events of any medication. Dr Trinh and others like her uphold the precautionary principle despite the unfair and, quite honestly, unbelievable treatment from their governing bodies. I am surprised so many of her colleagues seem to have forgotten what embodies their duty of care.

Sharyn (Eastern Heights, 2025-09-29)

#1821

I support sovereignty, and believe the HCCC has not been objective nor acted with integrity in this case against Dr My Le Trinh and should answer for its unethical behaviour.

Carley (2025-09-29)

#1822

My-Le is honest and has integrity

Anita (2025-09-29)

#1823

There needs to be some accountability for the people crucifying a doctor, who cares for and educates her patients, ethically.

Alan (Maryborough, 2025-09-29)

#1824

For all the aforementioned reasons.

Gayle (2025-09-30)

#1825

Justice and a fair trial need to be awarded to the doctor My Le Trinh. The HCCC has pursued a dishonourable witch-hunt on this health practioner. Doctor My Le Trinh needs to be allowed to resume her medical practice and these manufactured complaints against her dropped.

Xochitl Quintanar (2025-10-01)

#1826

I believe you have and are still being treated disgracefully by a totally corrupt political regime and they should all be publicly accountable, all information regarding your treatment and COVID related should all be exposed for the general population to understand just how horrific an ongoing problem they have created. You are to be commended for your actions and your commitment to getting the information publicised and for your fight for personal justice. This is all just so wrong and it needs to be made right.

Stephen Whitmore (Melbourne, 2025-10-10)

#1828

I believe Dr My Le Trinh has acted in the best interest of her patients and HCCC has acted in an unlawful and vindictive manner toward her.

Elizabeth (Maclean, 2025-10-10)

#1829

This needs to change transparency is required

Lesley (Rosevale, 2025-10-11)

#1830

To support Dr. My Le Trinh

Robin (San Antonio, 2025-10-12)

#1831

She is right.

John (Richmond Hill, 2025-10-13)

#1832

I am a retired GP. I followed the studies about Covid closely. There were conflicting opinions on the spread, the treatment, the relative frequency of clots/myocarditis from the infection versus the vaccine. Some GP's followed one path, others took a different path. It is ridiculous to punish a GP because of the path she took. I am reminded of Barry Marshall and Robin Warren of Helicobacter fame.

Marilyn Efimoff (Brisbane, 2025-10-13)

#1834

Abuse of power, corruption and abuse of public office is systemic amongst all of the Australian health complaints commissions & health regulators. This is causing endless harm & risk to the public. Without accountability there is no safety. It is those supposed to ensure the system is fair and safe that are putting people's lives at risk. This must end.

Kylie (2025-10-13)

#1835

This beautiful woman and medical professional is innocent of any crime and this persecution needs to stop ✋

Jennifer (2025-10-13)

#1838

Dr Trinh's life and career have been severely and wrongly damaged by faceless bureaucrats who have acted outside the law for purposes known only to them. The HCCC must be investigated, their actions publicly revealed, and reforms put in place to ensure such abuses never occur again.

Pauline (2025-10-13)

#1839

It is wrong what has happened to DR My-Le Trinh

Renni (Caboolture, 2025-10-14)

#1841

This case is full of corruption from the regulator body

Louise (Bensville, 2025-10-15)

#1845

Dr Trinh cares for her patients and was inhumanly treated because she used Ivermectin to save lives. Not one of her patients filed a complaint against her informed treatment options.

Nick Di Camillo (Perth, 2025-10-22)

#1846

This is diabolical. How on earth this poor doctor has survived this is a testament to her strength. I am disgusted at her treatment and suspension.

Kelly (Burleigh Waters, 2025-10-22)

#1847

I believe in the good work done by Dr my-le trinh

Chaim (Toowoomba, 2025-10-22)

#1850

HCCC needs to be completely dissolved.

HCCC does not serve the people, but corporations.

I have no trust in HCC after seeing DR My-Le Trinh case.

Yuriy Kovalevskyi (2025-10-23)

#1852

Dr My Le Trinh Is a hero

Ron (2025-11-01)

#1853

The HCCC is corrupt and owned by big pharma, it silences and attacks anyone that goes against their big pharma corporate agenda.

Robert (Medowie, 2025-11-01)

#1854

Investigation must be initiated into whether the HCCC may have introduced vexatious emails into the tribunal of Dr My Le Trinh as evidence.
The truth must be at front and centre. The individuals of the complaints must appear before the tribunal.

Donna Lee (2025-11-01)

#1855

Why I’m Signing This Petition

I’m signing this petition because I’ve seen firsthand how inconsistently and unfairly our healthcare system operates.

My brother was injured by Bankstown emergency responders and Bankstown Mental Health, and despite the seriousness of what happened, no accountability or action was ever taken. I lodged complaints with the Healthcare Commission, but they fell on deaf ears. My brother’s healthcare rights were denied, and instead of protecting him, the system protected those responsible.

Adding to that injustice, I was excluded from supporting my brother’s healthcare under the pretext of “privacy concerns.” It’s unacceptable that the same authorities who breach privacy and patient rights when it suits them can then use those same laws to deny care and advocacy for vulnerable people.

It’s frustrating to see that when real harm is caused as in my brother’s case the Healthcare Commission finds “no issue.” Yet when it comes to professionals like Dr. Trinh, they respond with unreasonable harshness, despite no evidence of patient harm and what appear to be malicious or internally driven complaints.

My experience has shown that the Healthcare Commission fails to uphold fairness and protect patients and families. This petition is about more than one case it’s about accountability, transparency, and restoring integrity to a system that’s supposed to protect us all.

Abby (2025-11-01)

#1856

Dr Trinh is a compassionate professional who has been at best unfairly treated

Mark (Cardiff heights, 2025-11-01)

#1861

I believe Dr My-Le Trinh is being unfairly treated by Departments that are Government or deserve Government intervention.
She is an honest person who does good service to the Australian Peoples.

Ross (PERTH, 2025-11-01)

#1863

This appears to be a purely malicious complaint against a medical professional by a group which is supposed to be held to a higher standard than this behaviour.

Patricia (Kempsey, 2025-11-01)

#1864

I feel this DOCTOR DR MY LE TRINH IS ETHICAL and has all her patients best interests at heart. Not many you can say that about. The nightmare i went through as a pericarditis sufferer when this vaccine cane out was and still is disturbing.

Tessie Petkovic (sydney, 2025-11-01)

#1866

Dr My Le Trinh resisted coercion to disobey her Hippocratic Oath and the Nuremburg Convention on medical experimentation, the Twin foundations of medical ethics.

Derek (Santiago, 2025-11-01)

#1869

She has done the right thing and is an honest and ethical doctor!

#1872

The treatment of this doctor has been so wrong.

Maree (2025-11-01)

#1874

HCCC corruption and Tyranny has to be stopped or there will be no decent health system left in Australia

SUSAN (Carapook, 2025-11-01)

#1876

What has happened to this doctor is an outrageous abuse of power. The HCCC is clearly corrupt

Jodie (Baulkham Hills, 2025-11-01)

#1877

The HCCC and ALL authorities need to follow due process, to act with integrity and display honest and moral behaviour in their dealings with those they investigate or hold to account. Without this, their actions and decisions reek of misuse of power and authority. In relation to this case, their actions are not smelling pretty and it makes the public wonder ...who is influencing them to behave in this way?

Anna (2025-11-01)

#1878

To improve the transparency around this suspicious prosecution.

John (Glenbrook, 2025-11-01)

#1882

Health has been destroyed since covid and vaccinations along with that so has Doctors integrity and respect, this Doctor however has ample of both... Stop the witch hunt on Dr My Le Trinh

Kelly (Wyongah, 2025-11-01)

#1883

This is lawfare by agencies and agents of the govt. This is the paradigm used by corrupt bureaucrats to break the victim both financially and psychologically.

The contradiction is the recent disclosures of big pharma and Dr Fauci abuse and restrictions of safe repurposed drugs.

Francis Hogan (2025-11-01)

#1885

Accountability and transparency matter !
Nothing Progresses without sunlight to weed out the failures

Darren (Alexandra, 2025-11-01)

#1886

This doctor made a logical practical and severe call on drugs that lacked proper testing and have led to serious health issues to thousands of Australians . She has been victimized by the medical profession for daring to push back despite the overwhelming evidence that she was in fact correct

Stuart (Forster, 2025-11-01)

#1888

I believe people who engage in corruption should be held accountable. If there truely has been wrong doing against this amazing doctor, which i believethere has, then there needs to be retribution.

Rebekah (Mackay, 2025-11-01)

#1889

My Le is facing the worst medical malpractice bad faith investigations against regulatory bodies. Please be fair and uphold the rule of law.

Anu (Sydney, 2025-11-01)

#1890

In support of Dr My-Le Trinh regarding the Misconduct, Jurisdictional overreach and breaches of law by the HCCC..

Nola (2025-11-01)

#1892

I am tired of the injustices handed out by the HCCC being used to silence the medical profession.

Mark Roberts (Adelaide, 2025-11-01)

#1894

The complaint is deficient and unsupported by a patient. Dr Trinh has unfairly been suspended with no evidence of harm.

Matthew (2025-11-01)

#1895

You deserve some support from the people who you are trying to save from medical tyranny!

Daryl (Newtown, 2025-11-01)

I’m signing because this doctor is being wrongfully and criminally in my opinion penalised by corrupt bureaucrats. We all know know that covid was a scam and the vaccines were nothing of the sort.

Jimmy (Sydney, 2025-11-01)

#1901

Dr Trinh deserves the truth and justice!

David (Brisbane, 2025-11-01)

#1902

A doctor who used her knowledge to save a life should be awarded for her insight. The corruption of the Australian medical system is leading to the demise of a profession. We have to allow intellectual integrity to return outside of the hijacked system.

Katie (2025-11-01)

#1903

I want to support her work

Effie (Northmead, 2025-11-01)

#1907

I am outraged at the vindictive nature of the pursuit of this good Doctor. Time has proven the Doctor RIGHT. Recognise this and throw out all proceedings against. I am ashamed as an Australian that we should treat a migrant who has given so much to our society during her career in this way.

Tony Whitt’s (Melbourne, 2025-11-01)

#1908

How dare you censor a well respected doctor with your bullying and intimidation. We are a free country and we are entitled to have free speech

Sue clark (Perth, 2025-11-01)

#1911

I've never seen such injustice against this wonderful Dr who saved so many!
Who is sueing her, the patient that she saved with Ivermectin?
This 'patient' was a plant!! Or one of the the most souless human. Money would've mattered more than truth or integrity! I hope one day we know who they are! Probably related to John Smith!!

kristen (2025-11-01)

#1912

The persecution of Dr MyLe Trinh is a criminal offence and this corruption needs to stop now. These criminals need to be exposed and shamed

#1914

I don't like injustices.

james (perth, 2025-11-01)

#1915

AHPRA has erred and should compensate Dr My Le Trinh for the immense damage it has caused to an innocent Doctor. If Dr My Le Trinh was not allowed to write a prescription for Ivermectin then the pharmacy should have stopped it. Not to prosecute forever relentlessly an innocent Practitioner how has nothing but purest intentions. Medically morally superior to AHPRA

Mark (Melbourne, 2025-11-01)

Jane (Busselton, 2025-11-01)

#1937

Dr My-Le is an honest, ethical person and physician who upholds her oath to "do no harm" and has NOT done harm to any patient. She is the subject of false, malicious smear that reflects badly on the integrity of the Health authorities of NSW.

alison (Brisbane, 2025-11-01)

#1939

I do believe and have confidence that Doctor Mi-Li Trinh is of 'Sound
Mind and knowledge' to consult on and, give medical advice. Dr Trinh exhibits through her extensive medical training and experiences, presents to myself, as being a 'Stable Honest Character' well entrusted to make informed, critical and precise decisions. Also, displays a strong ethical commitment towards those who seek treatment for their health in regards to her oath taken of 'doing no harm' in regards, to her medical consultations, judgements and treatments towards those that she endeavours to assist with health issues.

Robin Ritchie (Sydney, 2025-11-01)

#1941

I want to see Justice for Doctor My Le Trin

Carol (Midway Point, 2025-11-01)

#1942

She did nothing wrong. She treated her patient with care and was punished for doing so. She went against a government protocol which has now been proven unsafe and non effective. She must be vindicated

Deborah Robinson (Yea, 2025-11-01)

#1943

This whole treatment of Dr My Lee Trinh has been a huge miscarriage of justice and must be stopped and compensation awarded to her.

Lillian (Crestmead, 2025-11-01)

#1944

I have serious concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW in their investigation and ongoing prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh, a general practitioner with an unblemished record of 29 years.

Michelle (Brisbane, 2025-11-01)

#1945

Fairness, transparency and legality need to be followed

Anne (Goolwa, 2025-11-01)

#1948

She is being unlawfully prosecuted

Andy (Noosa, 2025-11-01)

#1949

We must have judicial fairness and transparency. The HCCC has been unfairly biased in its decision against Dr My Le Trinh and this process must be investigated.

Michelle (Port Lincoln, 2025-11-01)

#1950

Government overreach into the doctor / patient relationship is compromising medical standards. This needs to be addressed and stopped .

Helen Petaia (2025-11-01)

#1953

Regulation needs to be lawful, fair, honest and impartial and seen to be as such.

Michael (2025-11-01)

#1956

The power of regulation should not be abused to politically persecute registrants.

Michael (Perth, 2025-11-02)

#1957

Her treatment is abhorrent

Corey (Seaton, 2025-11-02)

#1959

I am signing because I believe in Dr My Le Trinh. She should never have been targeted by any government department for saving a life or anyone’s life. That is what Doctors should do plus to tell the truth. Censorship or attack is not ok. TRUTH WINS EVERYTIME. My Le Trinh is innocent and should be reinstated as a practicing doctor.

Melinda (Sydney, 2025-11-02)

#1960

What they have done to Dr My Le Trinh is absolutely appalling, if not criminal by suspending this doctor indefinitely without proper process. She was doing what she was trained to do and that was to treat her patients on an individual basis and for that she has been hunted down and dragged through the courts. This witch hunt must stop and she should be able to speak out about it especially in a so called democratic Country!

Patricia (Warana, 2025-11-02)

#1961

The process applied to Dr Trinh is unjust and biased, this is not how we should operate in Australia

Melvyn (Perth, 2025-11-02)

#1962

The injustice handed out to this practitioner by seemingly untouchable bureaucrats is a disgrace to the nation and the government itself. This matter must be resolved by an unbiased oversight authority which considers every detail of the abuse handed out to Dr My Le Trinh.

JOHN (Clare, 2025-11-02)

#1964

I think the doctor has been treated appallingly.

Peter (Brisbane, 2025-11-02)

#1965

Because fir justice to be done it needs to be seen to be done. I bases on what I have seen believe that the good Doctor has been treated abominable in the course of this enquiry. Four years of suspension! for what purpose.

#1968

#1972

Because the behaviour of the medical establishment during covid was a complete disgrace and should never happen again.

Peter (2025-11-02)

#1976

The HCCC is and has a record, of not being just. Time for the HCCC to behave and be just. To have a conscience. To date, it appears to wield abusive power seen by the public as reckless. Shame on such an entity.

Andrew (Brighton, 2025-11-02)

#1977

Action must be taken to investigate the criminal conduct of the regulatory board and absolve Dr Trinh of all wrongdoing plus provide compensation to her

Dr My Le Trinh is absolutely innocent of any wrong doing, she IS a Dr that kept to her OATH.
I HAVE many names of Drs that have KILLED and MAIMED people from the Toxic covid jabs that were FORCED onto them by Drs that should be disqualified for practicing for LIFE. My Le Trinh is definitely NOT one of them.
