The corporatism and corruption in the captive medical regulation bureaucracy is not only a financial scam, it is deadly to all Australians.Nothing, no institution, no regulatory body, no government, should ever insert themselves between a patient and their doctor.

Dr My-Le Trinh is a hero in my eyes! Wrongly accused by corrupt pharma paid organisations. Ivermectin was banned in order for the gene therapy EU products to be pushed criminally onto the Australian public! She doesn’t deserve this.Adrienne (Melbourne, 2025-07-16)

#458
Im signing because it was ludicrous to force people to choose between their health and their home and job with the mass vaccinations that were supposedly 'safe and effective.' I told my doctor I didn't want to and he suggested to get it so I can travel and keep my job.Karen (Whyalla Stuart, 2025-07-16)

Deliberately creating(fasly manufacturing)File 21/07861and then using this file as a reason to suspend Dr My Le Trinh is a definite abuse of powerStephen (Nerang, 2025-07-17)
#479
I believe that in our country, we all have the right to procedural fairness and, in order to ensure procedural fairness, there must be transparency. Bodies such as the HCCC must be subject to scrutiny; they should not be a law unto themselves, especially due to the power imbalance between the Commission and individual practitioners. Also, patients and the general public need to know that the HCCC is acting both fairly and based on good medical evidence, and that the HCCC is not merely promoting political agendas by silencing good doctors with dissenting views.Lynda (2025-07-17)
#480
The case involving Dr My Le Trihn is an obvious breech of the "fair and legal" approach to investigating and thus clearing the Dr of the "charges" against her. The evidence demonstrates nil harm to any patient. To continue with keeping Dr Trihn unable to practice medicine as she has done without complaint in her decades of service to the community, is theft by government overreach of her patients' access to her trusted skill and theft of her income along with uncalled for mental and emotional pain to Dr Trihn. The whole process has the appearance of criminality by government bodies working outside of their legal boundaries.Margaret Graham (Renwick, 2025-07-17)
#482
I’m signing because of the shocking treatment this Dr has received.Aaron (Melbourne, 2025-07-17)
#483
As a mother of a doctor. As the mother of a lawyer. All my children deserve better. We all deserve better. We need to give doctors the dignity and freedom to care for their patients, and for our legal system to be just. We need accountability and truth, not just a society driven by bureaucratsDiane (2025-07-17)
#484
There's an obvious oversight issue, at best, but at worst there is blatant corruption. This needs to be kept in check to protect the public freedom and our health.Frank (Balaclava, 2025-07-17)
#486
The dismissal of Dr Trinh is unfair and biased and falls under political persecution.Julie (2025-07-17)
#487
I have followed My Le since the start, and I am shocked at the treatment she has received from the so-called Australian Medical Association has been nothing short of ABUSE they should be ashamed and eventually made to pay for the physical and mental abuse they have caused, especially since we all know now she was correct in what she did and instead of apologizing and settling the case they arrogantly dug deeper to try and destroy her reputation because it was more important to them to win than admit defeat, I sincerely hope this is all blown apart and the government departments involved are all jailed or at least sacked and each department thoroughly put through the wringer and cleaned out of all W.H.O evil scum who run them.Darren (2025-07-17)

This excellent Doctor My-Le Trinh has upheld the Hippocratic Oath and she has been diligent with her Patient's care for which We ask that she continue her work in her Medical Clinic and dismiss this Case in her favour. With Thanks.
Eva (2025-07-17)
#501
This case appears to be a malicious and unfair targeting of a well respected and valued GP.It appears that evidence was contrived/ fabricated and due process has not occurred. This has resulted in a long winded and ongoing persecution of this doctor and has denied her the ability to work in the field of medicine when she has practised for over twenty years with an unblemished record!
One has to wonder what the motivation was to target her in this manner when the fact remains that she saved the patients life!!
A full enquiry must be held to ensure that correct processes were followed and this information must be made public to ensure trust and faith in governing bodies.
Lea Harrison (Sydney, 2025-07-17)
#502

Simon (Northam, 2025-07-17)
#507
I have found the increasing levels unaccountability within our public institutions and government organisations over the last decade extremely disturbing. I want to see accountability and transparency in our governing bodies who suposedly serve, are funded by and which should be beholden to the Australian citizens rather than corporate interests. The unjust treatment and life altering experience of this doctor (My Le Trinh) is a text book example of the corruption and over reach that has become endemic in Australia.Tara (2025-07-17)

The medical system, the way it is running has only caused my family more harm. That is the honest truth. From prescribing the wrong antibiotics on two occasions, two different doctors, two different situations. Causing untold trauma to our child who was 4 at the time. As well as giving a hep B vaccine without permission. I could go on.Suzanne (Gladstone, 2025-07-17)

#554
Dr My-Le Trinh appears to have suffered from dictatorial practices, complaints without complainants, search and seizure without sufficient evidence to ground a warrant, and suspension for attempting to provide the best health care available. This appears to indicate systemic issues, that require instigation, and exposing to satisfy public health standards; blind obedience is not the core of medical care provision, doing no harm is. This extends to the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). Harm, an evil intent, has not been demonstrated, by the actions of Dr Trihn; harm, blatant breaches of client privacy, an evil intent, by the TCCC, seeking blind obedience, can be demonstrated.
The overreach, and bastadry, of the Health Care Complaints Commission warrants investigation.

The corrupt have gone way too far...Jamie (Wynnum, 2025-07-17)
#560
I believe the process has become the punishment for Dr My Le Trinh (who doesn't deserve to be punished for anything by the way). This should have never happened to her and never of dragged on for so long.
It is not illegal to prescribe legal, proven and safe drugs and the state should not interfere with a the doctor/patient relationship unless harm can be clearly proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, in other words, a criminal matter for the courts.
This has been an ego driven force of compliance, rather than sound medical and legal practice.
Disgraceful behaviour from government departments.

There is something seriously wrong when a dedicated doctor - saves lives and is persecuted and dragged through a corrupt system. Yes, corrupt. Fed up Australian of the overreach of govt and unelected bureaucrats. Destroying the livelihood and lives of doctors who speak the truth. I have been following Dr My Le Trinh and this has been nothing more than a witch hunt. We witnessed the destruction of lives through the covid pandemic, lies, cover ups and any brave doctor who dared to challenge the narrative was destroyed.Yvonne Thomas (Killarney, 2025-07-17)
