I want to indicate my support for Dr My Le Trinh's concerns requesting urgent oversght with regard to her case

Amanda (2025-07-17)

#631

The HCCC has corruptly persecuted Dr My Le Trinh for exercising her judgement as a doctor. The HCCC has relied on a narrative designed to force people to participate in an EUA medical intervention that would be ILLEGAL if alternative safe and effective treatments were available. By rights an open Royal Commission should be held to investigate the conduct of 'authorities' such as the HCCC. Dr My Le Trinh properly exercised her judgement as a medical professional to dispense Ivermectin, which (unlike the mRNA treatment) has a long history of safety and showed significant evidence of antiviral properties. Dr Trinh should be exonerated and the HCCC fully investigated for a string of offenses, beginning with fraud.

Rod (2025-07-17)

#632

Dr Trinh did nothing wrong and saved lives using Ivermectin, the Nobel Prize winning medicine - still the most effective medicine for the treatment of covid - while the medical mafia denied its use and lives were lost. This is shameful on the part of Australia's regulators, and demonstrates perfectly why organisations like APHRA, TGA, FDA and just doctors in general have lost the trust of the general public, and they will never regain that trust while they exist in their present forms. Stop the criminal persecution of Dr Trinh and restore her standing as a great doctor and humanitarian.

Gary Byrnes (Sydney, 2025-07-17)

#633

I am supporting Dr My Le Trinh as she stands in truth. This lady has done everything correctly.

Claudia (2025-07-17)

#634

I support doctors being able to speak freely about any concerns they have about any medical interventions and also treat patients to the best of their ability even if it goes against government guidelines of recommendations.

Michelle (Elimbah, 2025-07-17)

#635

What is happening to Dr My Le Trinh is a witch hunt for no good reason. She prescribed a legal drug which in her professional opinion was the best option available ( which would have caused zero harm even if it wasn't the correct choice). She needs to be reinstated and compensated for the losses of income and trauma caused to her for no good reason.

Marc (Grafton, 2025-07-17)

#638

I support Dr my le she should be reinstated as a Dr.

Sheryl (2025-07-17)

#645

Jennifer (Exeter, 2025-07-17)

#647

Medical tyranny has no place in health

Chantelle (Bundaberg, 2025-07-17)

#649

. I’m calling on the oversight committee to investigate the Health Care Complaints Commission for misconduct, judicial overreach, and breaches of the law.
Please help Dr My Le Trinh

Adriana Daley (Gold Coast, 2025-07-17)

#650

I fully support your cause and God Bless

Stephen Brazendale (Hobart, 2025-07-17)

#651

Dr Trinh is being persecuted for caring for her patients and saving their lives. It is a sad day in Australia when these qualities risks someone's life and livelihood.

Rachel (South Australia, 2025-07-17)

#653

I'm signing because I believe that Dr My Le Trinh has not done any thing wrong. She treated her patients with care and compassion and used medications that have been proven to save lives. This is a witch hunt due to the fallout from the Covid vaccines, an experiment to depopulate by coercing the people by instilling fear that Covid would kill them without having the vaccine. Coercion is a crime in Queensland in relation to domestic violence, and the same factors were on display in that terrible period we all went through. May common sense prevail with Dr My Le Trinh's case, and John Smith should be called John Doe, an unknown person being vexatious perhaps on another party's behalf.

Ann (Bundaberg, 2025-07-17)

#654

All doctors who honour the Hippocratic oath more than any government's dictates deserves support

Mike (Perth, 2025-07-17)

#655

I am still angry about the Covid corruption.

John (Warragul, 2025-07-17)

#656

I believe the law should be respected by all (people and entities) and systematically enforced when breached, as a matter of course. When this is not done, the law and society’s trust in it is undermined, indeed it risks in actual fact that there is no law. An investigation to ensure the HCCC and Medical Council of NSW are operating as intended and within the boundaries of all relevant laws is the least the NSW Parliament should authorise, as an exercise in maintenance of the integrity of our NSW healthcare system and as continuing assurance of the ethical standards for conduct set for the physicians and regulatory bodies who work within it.

Kylie Gasperov (2025-07-17)

#657

I want a fairer and just medical system in Australia and support Dr Trinh.

Jack (Perth, 2025-07-17)

#659

Doctors should be allowed to practise with confidential doctor patient respect and help we the people, without fear of prosecution.
Who actually was hurt by Dr Trinh? No one and therefore there is no case!

Jane (Lockleys, 2025-07-17)

#661

Dr Trinh was treated unfairly by the hccc and medical council.

Zane (2025-07-17)

#662

Dr Turing did the right thing by standing up for what’s right and safe for her patients and evidence now shows that she saved people from the dangerous COVID vaccine. She did not commit a crime - rather the opposite.

Ines (2025-07-17)

#663

Support Dr my le trinh!!

Con (2025-07-17)

#665

Transparency and consequences.

Nunya (2025-07-17)

#666

The Health Care Complaints Commission and Medical Council have committed egregious acts upon their treatment of Dr My-Le Trihn. Both groups management should be stood down and an enquiry into their behaviour must be commenced.

Owen (ORANGE, 2025-07-17)

#668

This is unwarranted and overwhelmingly unfair in light of the evidence that has been provided by both parties. Dr. Trinh has done nothing professionally to warrant such an aggressive action against her.

Michelle (2025-07-17)

#669

I am writing to express my serious concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW in their investigation and ongoing prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh, a general practitioner with an unblemished record of 29 years.

Noeleen (Melbourne, 2025-07-17)

#670

Dr My Le Trinh saved lives and is being punished for it.

Fritz (2025-07-17)

#672

There must be justice regarding misconduct, jurisdictional overreach and breaches of the Law in the case of Dr. My Le Trinh. And, concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW in their investigation and ongoing prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh, a general practitioner with an unblemished record of 29 years.

Theresa (2025-07-17)

#674

The suspension has absolutely no merit or basis in truth.

Michael (Melbourne, 2025-07-17)

#688

I support the good doctor and her fight for justice

Andrew (2025-07-17)

#689

I’m signing because it is alleged here that the HCCC may have acted unlawfully and be guilty of false and misleading conduct to suspend a Doctor with many years of experience and good service and no complaints on her record prior to this complaint and to stop the delayed and protracted time frames of the HCCC from punishing the accused doctor by the lengthy and many years of the HCCC process lag for victimless cases where it would appear that no real patient made any complaint.

Ken (Sydney, 2025-07-17)

#690

I’m signing because I’m concerned that the HCCC has acted outside the law.

Natascha (Brisbane, 2025-07-17)

George Zhaven (2025-07-17)

Clint (Yerong Creek, 2025-07-17)

#706

What happened to accountability?

Josh (Adelaide, 2025-07-17)

#707

I support Dr Trinh. I think the system has failed and Dr Trinh should be able to practice again and be compensated for the mistake of the HCCC falsely claiming that Dr Trinh did any harm when she hasn’t. She has never done any wrong in the whole time she has practiced. I think abuse of power and systemic failures have occurred and they need to be investigated. Thank you.

Brooke (Cromer, 2025-07-17)

Craig (CASULA, 2025-07-17)

#721

I support Dr My Le Trinh.

Andrea (Australind, 2025-07-17)

#723

The HCCC has acted unethically and based on false beliefs that it is appropriate for them to punish a doctor who prescribes a safe and approved medicine. The HCCC actions are outrageous.

Michael (2025-07-17)

#725

Our Drs should not be persecuted for upholding their sacred oath of 'do no harm' . This is nothing but a witch hunt and needs to stop!

Jacqueline (2025-07-17)

#727

I think the HCCC is wrong once again..

Sally-Ann (KEMPS CREEK, 2025-07-17)

#730

Freedom means choice, and we were not given a choice and Dr My-Le stood strong for us to have a choice!

Christine (2025-07-17)

#732

I'm signing because this petition raises serious allegations suggesting that the HCCC and Medical Council of NSW may have acted outside their lawful powers — potentially involving jurisdictional error, breach of natural justice, procedural impropriety, bad faith, and failure to comply with statutory duties.

I signed because I believe regulators must follow the law as strictly as those they regulate. Any misuse of coercive power threatens not only individual practitioners, but public confidence in the integrity of the system.

Alan (Murray Bridge, 2025-07-17)

#733

Australian drs need to have the ability to do their job without regulatory agencies dictating how they do it

Michelle (Mckail, 2025-07-17)

#734

I'm signing as I'm concerned about the integrity of the HCCC's ongoing unsupported and deficient investigation of Dr My Le Trinh. She is a respected doctor and has practised for 29 years without blemish.

#735

I wish to see justice done.

Anne (2025-07-17)

#737

WA

Francois (2025-07-17)

#738

I believe that HCCC has manufactured complaints against Dr My Le Trinh and then acted against her in disciplinary proceedings using its own complaints as evidence. It is not permissible to be both complainant and adjudicator.

Bill Saunders (Coimadai, 2025-07-17)

#743

I believe that Dr. My Le Trinh has been falsely charged and actively persecuted by corrupt parties working to political ends, and not even remotely in the interests either of patients or of doctors and other so-called “health care” professionals.

Her case was artificially concocted from the very beginning: the charges against her are groundless, and multiple procedures have been violated in order to perpetuate a campaign of prolonged, cruel abuse against this highly competent, dedicated and experienced Medical Doctor, from motives of pure Sadism.

Dr. Trinh deserves the highest possible compensation for what she has suffered, in addition to official, personally signed apologies from all parties involved in singling her out for relentless attack.

She and the entire Australian public also deserve to see the criminals who concocted and perpetuated the entire false case against her, behind bars.

I urge you to take the necessary action to ensure that genuine Justice is carried out to the fullest possible degree, such that Dr. Trinh may be fully exonerated and compensated, and her accusers severely punished for their gross misuse of laws, guidelines, and privileges in manners that have made a mockery both of the Law and of fundamental human morality, have brought nothing but shame and disgrace to the Australian health care community, and have all but destroyed the life of an innocent woman who has done no wrong, either with respect to the Law, or towards her patients.

Jessica (Qualicum Beach, 2025-07-17)

#745

Dr My Le Trina did the right thing to save her patients against tyrannical overreach by the medical establishment. She is a hero

Ian (Neutral Bay, 2025-07-17)

#747

She is innocent from the start

Erwin (2025-07-17)

#750

I’m signing because I support Dr My Le Trinh and her fight for justice.

Meegan (Wallan, 2025-07-17)

#752

This injustice towards Doctors needs to Stop
APRAH is a complete joke as is your HCCC
The Doctors like My-Le are the Doctors we need.
Not the ones that went along with this tyranny against the Australian people.

Belinda (Wendoree Park, 2025-07-17)

#753

We need to stand up for our rights, and remove the corruption within the system.

Peter (APOLLO BAY, 2025-07-17)

#754

The behaviour of health authorities during covid was disgusting. The treatment of Doctors today is disgusting.

Health regulators need to do a lot! To regain public trust.

Martin (2025-07-17)

#756

The injustice affects everyone
There was no crime

Myles (Brisbane, 2025-07-17)

#758

Justice must be done in accordance with the right of the medical profession and the people of Australia.

Jan (Ballarat, 2025-07-17)

#759

The corruption of this case is mind blowing. This should not be allowed to happen.

Jennifer (Brisbane, 2025-07-17)

#760

Of breaches to the law, Misconduct and Jurisdictional Overreach.Dr My Le Trinh did not commit any offence.

Jason (Perth, 2025-07-17)

#761

Honest Doctors should not be silenced and vilified

Carol (Gladstone, 2025-07-17)

#764

29 years service what a phenomenal performance in medicine this Dr has achieved.

Australian people have lost an incredible dedicated Doctor.
With Dr My Le Trinh expertise this Dr should be still practicing.
SHAME on our health regulators !!!
I will never comprehend their decision making,
where there is risk their must be choice in any medical intervention as far as l am concerned.

Decisions made during the pandemic regarding the mandates in my opinion was absolutely catastrophic it allowed Doctors to not practice the way they should of been entitled to.

Most of the Australian people signed up to a clinical trial and to use no jab no job was absolutely disgraceful especially when we know some will succumb to adverse reactions.
It takes years for any vaccine to pass through this was fast tracked with NO critical thinking.

I have read several peer reviewed articles on the use of ivermectin and tragically Drs hands were tied completely. This drug is SAFE and where is the common sense anymore ?????

With what we now know with all the data released let this Dr continue serving her patients.
What a great lost to the Australian people and especially to her patients ????
Shame on the medical establishments in Australia.... devastating to see this Dr suffer at the hands of these incompetent authorities.
My advise READ knowledge is powerful.
We must acknowledge the extraordinary Doctors and Professionals giving good solid evidence on the whole COVID Debacle!!
Give this Doctor back her license and let her continue serving the people of Australia like she richly deserves.
I admire Dr My Le Trinh determination what a phenomenal Doctor!!!

Jenny (Melbourne, 2025-07-17)

#765

There are significant signs the investigation by the HCC of Dr My Le Trinh shows signs of an abuse of power and as such needs to be investigated.
⭐️Unblemished record
⭐️29yrs practitioner
⭐️No patient complaint
⭐️No deaths
⭐️Compliant

Monique BC (Sydney, 2025-07-17)

#766

Justice is important, the legal system needs protecting. It feels like it’s being abused at the moment.

Shane (2025-07-17)

#768

Truth and justice are meant to be real things in our system, not just empty words that mean nothing. Dr My Le Trinh saved someone’s life, she is a good, honest Dr and should not be persecuted for this. We need more good Drs.

Amanda (2025-07-17)

#769

Im signing because Dr My-Le Trinh did nothing wrong and has been unlawfully suspended and pursued by government departments with falsified evidence.

Belinda Enders (Townsville, 2025-07-17)

#770

I believe the medical bureaucracy, are breaching , human rights, the hypocratic oath, and the Nuremberg code.

Andrew (Deniliquin, 2025-07-17)

#771

Dr My-le Trinh should be allowed to practice medicine again.

Matt (Mount Claremont, 2025-07-17)

#774

Ivermectin is safe and effective.

Nick (2025-07-17)

#775

There is and was too much thuggery that decimated the lives of thousands of Australians. I have no trust, no respect for any of these oversight organisations that manipulate or plant facts to destroy the very best of humanity trying their very best to save lives. The hierarchy of the "Health" system has blood on their hands. So proud of Dr Milee fighting this terrible corruption that is not in the best interests of "healthcare" . Modern day marfia.

Margaret (2025-07-17)

#779

This type of conduct and targeting for unjust reasons need to be stopped. There must be lawful control of government action and the Committee needs to intervene to ensure this.

Sharlene (2025-07-17)

#780

You must stand for ethical and professional treatment of doctors. This doctor has plenty of scientific studies, observational studies, and case reports to support her professional opinion and practice. It is a shame on the medical establishment that this is even an issue today.

Michael brajkovich (2025-07-17)

#781

I believe that Dr. My Le Trinh has been falsely charged and actively persecuted by corrupt parties working to political ends, and not even remotely in the interests either of patients or of doctors and other so-called “health care” professionals.

Suzanne (2025-07-17)

#782

I want to voice my concern about the way the healthcare complaints commission process the public complaints and my disgust about the way Dr My Le Trinh had been treated as she has a perfect 29 year record.

Betty (Horsham, 2025-07-17)

#783

I believe Dr My Le Trinh should be commended for her care of patients not persecuted just to single her out to fit the narrative. What is being done to her and a handful of other doctors is abhorrent.

Judy (Hallett Cove, 2025-07-17)

#784

It appears that Dr. Trinh was treated unlawfully, justice needs to be served and the charges against her need to be dropped.

Lynette (2025-07-17)

#785

Justice and fairness needs to be done and upheld, and seen to be done.

Ian (Woodford, 2025-07-17)

#786

Doctors who have done the right thing need to be supported and recognised, not demonised.

Josh (2025-07-17)

#788

Doctors should be allowed to research and follow best-practice medicine to heal their patients rather than be told what to do by ignorant bureaucrats who serve the Big Money Elite rather than the people. Off-label prescription should be unrestricted. Ivermectin has been a safe and miracle drug for humans for over 30 years. The AU Gov is low-life scum to demonise it and scum to also demonise good, caring doctors with no credible evidence. We, the people, know the truth. God also knows, and may all corrupt people be struck down, not the doctors who bother to do credible research, struck out.

Kanga Blue 💙 (Sydney, 2025-07-17)

#789

She was right all along.

Justin (Bundaberg, 2025-07-17)

#790

I’m signing because Dr Trinh sounds like the kind of Doctor we all need and she has been done wrong.

John (Sydney, 2025-07-17)

#791

This persecution is outrageous. This abuse of official power needs to stop. There’s a long history of persecuting th best doctors in Australia, it’s well known amongst chronic illness sufferers.

Michael (2025-07-17)

#792

Dr. My Le Trinh was trying to save the life of her patients using the best scientific knowledge

Willie (2025-07-17)

#793

I’m signing because I want to support her situation.

Shirley (Brisbane, 2025-07-17)

#795

To express concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission and the Medical Council of NSW in this matter.

Stephen (Cairns, 2025-07-17)

#796

I'm signing because Dr Trinh has been bullied and persecuted in trumped up complaints for 4years! She should be reinstated and recompensed immediately.

Margaret (Armstrong Creek, 2025-07-17)

#799

I believe Dr My Le Trinh upheld The Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. In my opinion she did the right thing with the treatments she prescribed as it is the safest drug on the planet with little to no side effects, derived from earth and it won the Noble Prize in 2015. The crime is not with My Le it is with the AHPRA and the Government for banning it. Between 30-40% of all doctors prescriptions are considered off label. Never before Covid had AHPRA prevented off label prescriptions until they banned ivermectin for Covid. This is unnecessary and dangerous meddling in the Doctor Patient relationship by a Government Body. Why would they do this unless they had a conflict of interest.
There should be more Doctors like her.
Research has shown ivermectin to be extremely effective in preventing and treating Covid.

I have watched and listened over the past 5 years to the damage the HCCC and AHPRA have done to our Medical fraternity without due course or data, the wrong done to Dr My-Le Trinh is appalling and those responsible need to face the strength of the law and be charged.
