What has happened in the case of Dr My-Le Trinh is abuse of power by the HCCC. This is unacceptable and must be investigated and those in HCCC who abused their power must be held accountable.I have followed this story and am disappointed that the HCCC would not livestream the case in order to keep the public from knowing about what they were doing to this innocent Doctor.
The misconduct of the HCCC must be investigated and made public.
Dr My-Le Trinh is an honourable and responsible doctor.
I support this petition.

It is blatantly obvious that the HCCC has been extremely dishonest, secretive and abusive to medical professionals on "all levels" and is "not" acting for community safety. THIS MUST STOP NOW!! I’m signing because Dr My-Le Trish has been unfairly treated by the Health Care Complaints Commission. Doctors must treat patients to the best of their ability, Dr Trish did this and her patients recovered. The doctor patient relationship is only between the patient and doctor. There is no place for any other ‘authority’ in this relationship when the patient respects the doctor and their knowledge. The sudden decision to stop doctors giving scripts for Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine ONLY because they stood in the way of approval being given to the ‘Covid-19 vaccines’ was immoral and evil. Those drugs saved thousands of lives despite the government’s best effort to stop people accessing them in this period. I know because I have been on Hydroxychloroquine for more than 15 years and it was almost impossible to get during that period. Please do right by Dr My-Le Trihn as she has done nothing wrong medically.Wendy (Bungendore, 2025-07-18)

Current policies have obliterated trust in oversight organisations and have trickled down to distrust in those practicing medicine. How can one trust that their doctor has THEIR best interests at heart when medical professionals are clearly afraid of going against a registration authority - first do no harm - be damned.Clear enough??!?!?

Dr My Le Trinh is an innocent woman who has done no wrong. In fact she has upheld her hippocratic oath as a doctor to do no harm. She is a clever and critical thinker who cares for the health and well-being of her patients. There are bigger concerns in our medical establishments that need attention, Dr My Le Trinh is not one of them.Roza (Revesby Heights, 2025-07-18)
#843
Dr My-Le Trinh was a remarkable and caring GP for almost 30 years. She has been bullied, harrassed, lost her licence to practice medicine and all for NO good reason. The complaints about her were fraudulent. We Australians NEED good GPs like Dr My-Le Trinh. We also need to prevent this from EVER happening to another Australian doctor again. This is NOT the Australia that I was born in or grew up in. I am VERY concerned that the HCCC and the Medical Council of NSW has not only overstepped their boundaries, but that they have falsely accused Dr Trinh of harming patients when she did NOTHING of the sort. The accusations were lies. This needs a proper investigaton. We no longer live in a democracy where injustices such as this can happen to very good, caring doctors who practice the Hippocratic Oath and first rule of medicine "FIRST DO NO HARM".Wendy (Newcastle, 2025-07-18)

Dr Trinh is a doctor with integrity who has been suspended for prescribing off label use of a drug which has been widely used for decades and has an excellent safety profile, and the treatment was life saving.Dr Trinh has the right to fair treatment in accordance with the law.

I have followed this situation since its inception. This GP has been unfairly discriminated against and falsely accused of actions she did not perpetrate. The accusations appear to be false and misleading by the agencies bringing the accusations against her. This doctor saved lives during the Covid period. It is clearly an agenda by AHPRA and the HCCC to shut her down because she did not comply according to their unlawful demands to not use Ivermectin a drug let me add, that has been used successfully for over 50years for viral and other infections across the world…successfully!!! I am well aware that during covid the medical profession received letters from AHPRA stating that they could not say anything against the covid injection. This speaks volumes. Clearly a coercive and controlling agenda to over-ride the Dr-patient relationship (which at that point shifted the relationship from a safe patient centred approach to forcing doctors to forgo their oath “first do no harm” to a very dangerous situation). Consequently, patients have been severely harmed and died from this method of insanity. AHPRA and HCCC need to be dismantled and investigated for criminal activity. This situation is not new as other GP’s in QLD and SA, have been unfairly targeted during this time also. Dr My Le’s licence to practice should be reinstated asap and compensated for the years of income lost.Elen (2025-07-18)

The accusations against Dr Trinh are false, misleading, and totally fabricated for the purpose of "making an example" of her in order to bully other doctors into submission when they see something of concern. If these charges are upheld, it will be the beginning of the end of patient-centred care in Australia, and a complete breakdown of trust in the medical system.Renée (WATERVIEW HEIGHTS, 2025-07-18)

The HCCC has treated Dr Trihn appallingly. A doctor who has only done well by her patients, and had no complaint made against her by her patients. With all the talk of doctor shortages from the government, doctors who trained and qualified in Australia should be given all the support needed to serve their communities. The HCCC needs to be dismantled (as does AHPRA) because this an unjust and the treatment of this doctor shows they have questionable standards of conduct, including possible conflicts of interest

I have many friends and colleagues in the health industry like Dr Trinh who expressed professional and moral objection to Australia's management of Covid 19. Our professional positions were either terminated, or we were quietly pulled aside and told to stay silent (see AHPRA's March 2021 position statement on health practitioners and the Covid 19 "vaccination"), or we risked losing our jobs. This resulted in thousands of sacked Australian health care workers and thousands of collective lost years of experience in the workforce. There has to this date, been no full and open disclosure of the inappropriateness of "pandemic preparedness and management methods", nor is there honest disclosure of just how damaging these genetic injections have been. Those of us who stood up for what was morally and scientifically right are still unacknowledged and remain financially, career possibility and psychosocially disadvantaged in a community who either cannot, or will not discuss the truth. The Australian public deserve full disclosure and the right to seek retribution from those who have harmed them.Kimberly (MOUNT WAVERLEY, 2025-07-18)

Someone needs to stand for doctors that stood for their patients against all odds they need a medal and should be in positions that these traitors that sold us out to big pharma sit in. It' all AHPRA and all the health commission FDA and all the politicians and police that terrorised the people, that pushed the illegal lock downs masks distancing mandates that needs to be held accountable for every death and adverse reaction and the damage they will keep doing for generations, that they will never be able to fix, as people DNA has been changed forever, from these genetic experiments. They should all be hanging their heads in shame they have broken their oaths the declaration of Geneva and the nightingale pledge, they have destroyed trust in the medical profession, a trust they will never get back so long as they keep forcing medical experiments onto people against their will, to be fully informed and give consent is a human right. I don't believe the doctor-patient relationship should be controlled by non-mefical bureaucrats with internationalvested interests. I believe Dr My Le Trinh was making legitimate health decisions based on her knowledge of her patients and their health. Recent studies proving the dangers imposed by COVID-19 vaccinations have shown that her professional opinion at the time was correct. Yet she, along with other physicians, was, and still is being unfairly suspended for acting on her patients' behalf. Ivmectin is anoble prize awarded clinically drug with 30 yrs world wide application with no associated risks and was delivered to prevent loss of life. A decision made by a qualified doctor in the best interests of her patient. I believe Dr My-Le Trin is being used as a political spectacle, to fear monger doctors to abide by aprhra misconduct as a regulatory body The illegally mandated covid 19 vaccine did not stop transmission and peer reviewed studies document its danger to the human population. I’m signing because Dr. Trinh has dedicated her life to serving her community with integrity and compassion, always putting her patients' health and well-being first. At the time of the complaints and investigation, she had a spotless record, with no lawsuits or prior complaints against her. The persecution by the HCCC, the Medical Council, and other regulatory bodies is unjust and should stop immediately. She showed courage to uphold her oath and prioritize patient care over rigid directives in a system increasingly driven by politics rather than science. We cannot afford to lose doctors who are committed to their oath to "first do no harm" and to provide the best possible treatment for her patients.Brit (2025-07-18)

The HCCC's actions in regards to this case seem to be improper and carried out in bad faith. Investigation of these actions is appropriate and reforms and safeguards are necessary.Michael (2025-07-19)

I'm signing because patient care and informed consent must be a priority for any health care professional. No doctor should be suspended because they uphold the tenet 'first do no harm'.Lynda (Mildura, 2025-07-19)
