#1201

I am concerned that the way that Dr My Le Trinh has been treated by the authorities will be seen as acceptable when it is not.

Tara (2025-07-22)

#1202

This is an injustice to a medical doctor that upheld her oath to "do no harm"

Leanne (Mornington, 2025-07-22)

#1204

The injustice and medical tyranny in this country needs to stop.

Michael (Sydney, 2025-07-22)

#1205

There is insufficient evidence that genuine complaints have been made. It looks very much that the HCCC has set these complaints up which is totally immoral

Paul (Chatswood, 2025-07-22)

#1206

I'm signing because I support Dr. Trinh.

Joy (Adelaide, 2025-07-22)

Vicki Patteson (Burpengary East, 2025-07-22)

The medical system should do no harm. If a doctor sees harm and can't report it, we've got a problem.

Leea (2025-07-22)

The HCCC needs to be held accountable for the apparent persecution of a doctor working in the best interests of their patient.

It’s the right thing to do for this Doctor

Janice (Encounter Bay, 2025-07-23)

I regularly use ivermectin but I’m forced to buy it online from USA or use veterinary products. It was for human treatment 10 years before being approved for animal use

John (Brisbane, 2025-07-23)

This is governmental tyranny and all doctors should be reinstated with back pay.

Cordula (Mareeba, 2025-07-23)

#1262

I believe mRNA vaccines are harmful & ivermectin is safe.

Ron (Arundel Dc, 2025-07-24)

#1263

I support Dr My Le Trinh and all the doctors willing to question anything that goes against their moral compass. Humanity is in serious trouble if we can't trust the medical system! We need more doctors like her!

Daniel Hepsley (2025-07-25)

Judy (ST KILDA WEST, 2025-07-25)

#1275

I believe that Dr My-Le Trinh is not guilty of any wrong doing but has always been a doctor working in the best interest of her patients. The Medical Council and the HCC has caused her much unnecessary distress over the last few years.

Ellen (Buff Point, 2025-07-25)

#1276

Dr My Le Trish is an upstanding, ethical and highly professional medical practitioner who has committed no crime. These charges against her have been fabricated and she deserves to receive justice.

Eve (Sydney, 2025-07-25)

#1277

The Global Covid disaster & mRNA crimes have to stopped & prosecuted, as well as the censored be reinstated

Marcus (2025-07-26)

#1279

I believe the complaints to be misguided, as Dr My Le Trina actually SAVED a woman’s LIFE — exemplary, to say the least! She is a Doctor who takes her Oath extremely seriously, and DID NOT DO HARM!

Lynette (Kootingal, 2025-07-26)

#1281

Dr My Le Trinh is an excellent doctor who adheres to the motto of "First do no harm". We have lost trust in the medical profession overall as they did the exact opposite during coronavirus.

Refused and Denied Natural Justice since 1995 - 'Payback' Reprisals include: Stalking. Physical and Psychological Assaults. Mental C-PTSD Terror. Death Threats. Attempted Murder! Dr My-Le Trinh is one of the respected doctors, and "Corona", has definitely put this upheaval to the test.
Dr My-Le Trinh has passed the truth with the highest degree of knowledge.

Linda (Capalaba, 2025-07-27)

#1299

I support Dr My Le Trinh

ivan (CHELSEA HEIGHTS (VIC), 2025-07-27)

#1300

No profesional health worker should be banned for treating a patient successfully with not harm done. Dr.My Le Trinh should be reinstated immediately and compensated for all financial losses.
APHRA should be disbanded and investigated for their behaviour.
This warrants a Royal Commission on the handling of Covid-19 on professionals medical workers and the Australian people.

Dani (2025-07-27)

#1301

We need to stamp out corruption and hold the HCCC to account

#1312

Accountability matters especially when it comes to regulations of our health care professionals

Ivan Zeljko (Midvale, 2025-07-28)

#1314

I fully support this petition.

Alex (ASHFIELD, 2025-07-28)

#1315

The HCCC is used as a weapon against all good healers. They need to be shut down and their victims need to be compensated out of individual committee members’ personal assets. Enough!

Lisa (2025-07-28)

#1317

The conduct of the HCCC is reprehensible, and must not go unchallenged. I have personally experienced the shocking conduct of the HCCC in such matters, and know what they do to dedicated and innocent practitioners who dare to prioritise the wellbeing of their patients over dogmatic bureaucratic overreach. Dr. Trinh's case is yet another example of what many practitioners of conscience have endured. It cannot - and must not - go unchallenged.

#1325

Just for once I would like some truth from the government.

Liars and crooks are running the show.

Steve (KAPUNDA, 2025-07-28)

#1328

It is not right that people can be treated with gross injustice based on no evidence at all.

Amanda (Sydney, 2025-07-28)

#1329

I'm signing because good doctors should be allowed to practice and prescribe medicines that their experience has shown to be worthwhile in the treatment of the conditions they see occurring. Especially when a condition is new, we need the wide knowledge learnt through the doctors experiences, and we need the doctors to be able to use that knowledge. Persecuting good doctors does not help the people of Australia.

Susie (Umina beach, 2025-07-28)

#1330

It is wrong to sanction/ deprive from working anybody who goes against the corrupt board of AHPRA and the corrupt govt to help heal another human being with something other that what they AHPRA and GOVT) recommend! Fancy a qualified and experienced doctor not being able to treat and care for patients because she chose a recommended pathway(Science driven and tested) that didnt fit the AHPRA and GOVT narrative around covid and vaccines!!

Sue (Foster, 2025-07-29)

#1331

Dr My-Le Trinh should NOT be suspended. This is a disgusting injustice for a honourable doctor who has done nothing else except dedicate her life to her patients! the HCCC should be utterly ashamed of themselves for acting on unsupported claims and without patient consent.

Erin (CASTLE HILL, 2025-07-29)

Michael (Newcastle, 2025-07-29)

#1343

This doctor along with numerous others have been unlawfully and unneccessarily suspended.U

Julie (Avoca Beach, 2025-07-29)

#1345

Because I cannot understand the logic or reasoning or transparency of the HCCC decision for suspension based on what evidence.
Treat one another as you would like to be treated

Paul (Sydney, 2025-07-30)

#1347

The ongoing persecution of Dr My-Le Trinh, who only did good to save Australian lives, is both wicked and un-Australian, constituting harassment and criminal conduct, while casting a dark shadow over Australia's once brilliant reputation for medical excellence. Curious these days how virtually all regulators appear to suffer from similar corrupt administrative practices ... as none of them appear to do what they are meant to do, properly or at all.

H (2025-07-30)

#1351

Freedom.

Joanne (Sydney, 2025-07-31)

#1352

Transparency is not an option. The people of Australian need to trust the government. I have no faith in any political party in Australia today. Dr My-Le Trinh has not broken any laws, we know she's been targeted and it's disgusting.

Nancy (Merrylands, 2025-07-31)

#1355

I believe that this overreach has kept a long standing doctor of good repute from fulfilling their much needed Frontline work for the benefit of us all in the community where doctors are already overwhelmed! This I allege is a breach of the AHRC of medical discrimination of this doctor with no basis in fact, truth or law. Hence, I hearby put you on notice as to breaching your fundamental Fiduciary Duties as Health Care Professionals and this results in reimbursement from your fidelity funds!

Janet (Sydney, 2025-08-01)

#1356

The apparent persecution of Dr My Le Trinh is unjustified, unacceptable and the HCCC must be held to account.

Jack (Sydney, 2025-08-02)

Dr My-Le Trinh is worthy of "Australian of the Years", and dedicated Dr with integrity, truth and commitment to her work ethics.

Linda (Capalaba, 2025-08-02)

#1363

I support medical freedom and doctors providing health care without fear of being deregistered.

Peter (Eleebana, 2025-08-02)

#1364

Let Dr My Le be a doctor again

Mary (Eleebana, 2025-08-02)

#1365

I admire Dr. Trinh because of her courage to uphold her oath and prioritize patient care. I also think the HCCC is in abuse of office and is working against the benefit of the public due to prioritising the interests of their financial backers. AHPRA and the HCCC are a disgrace to this country.

Felicity (Sydney, 2025-08-02)

#1368

The truth matters.

#1377

Because of the illegal treatment of
Dr My Le Trihn.

Michael (Mt Riverview, 2025-08-03)

#1378

This Dr is innocent of any malpractice or crime. Stop persecuting this Dr & give back her freedom to practice her chosen profession.
Shame on the legal system for causing unnecessary suffering & wasting tax payers money.

Carol (2025-08-03)

#1379

To me this whole saga is miscarriage of justice and an exercise in targeted bullying for the sake of building a narratve. The narrative should have been questioned and opened for vigorous scrutiny from the beginning. The actions of the complainants and the responses to those have been seen to be out of order and outside of the expectations of both the medical profession and the public regarding reasonable medical care. This whole saga is bringing the HCCC into disrepute.

Bruce Knowling (Blaxland, 2025-08-03)

#1380

This doctor has been wrongfully treated and needs to be exonerated.

Jenny Fox (Sydney, 2025-08-03)

#1382

I believe in this good doctor and stand with her, it's time for our voices to be heard not silencened

Karen (Penrith, 2025-08-03)

#1384

Government or any organisation should not silence a Dr for their care and treatment of a patient.

Angela (Penrith, 2025-08-03)

#1385

Dr My Le Trinh has done nothing wrong. This is total overreach by the government body to interfere with Dr - patient relationship. Dr My Le Trinh deserves to have her medical license back.

Akiko (2025-08-03)

#1386

It is now quite evidential that H.C.C.C. are a criminal organisation as they continue to bring upon false accusation against Dr My Le Trinh and other health practitioners. This government over reach is a danger to the Australian public and therefore needs to suspended immediately, investigate and brought to account by our justice system as soon as possible. Shame on H.C.C.C.

Rachquel (Gold Coast, 2025-08-03)

#1390

Dr Trinh has been treated unfairly and has not harmed but has only helped her patients. The complaints are bogus and she needs to be compensated not punished.

Irene (2025-08-04)

#1391

The injustice in the trial against My Le needs to be rectified, she deserves a fair trial with full transparency and a reasonable outcome

Callum (Brisbane, 2025-08-04)

#1394

It is Plain and Clear for all to see that the complaints against Dr My Lee Trinh by APRA have been made in bad faith. To suppress a treatment proven to work with a long proven safety record against covid. Worse than that, to intimidate Dr's into compliance with political directives. I have personally see how scared Drs are to do right by their patients & uphold the Hippocratic Oath in fear of loosing their licence's.

By suppressing the knowledge of now proven effective treatment & the treatments them selves. They hope to escape accountability for their crimes. The relevant authorities have enabled and catered too the bypassing of safety checks and suppressed effective treatments.
It was ONLY by the "lack of readily available effective treatment" was it erroneously permitted by our Government that Crimes Against Humanity take place in Australia. In the form of Mandated medical intervention. Through coercion and voiding of informed consent, through censorship, suppression, intimidation, segregation, discriminatory exclusion, financial ostracisation. All of which is in violation of our Australian and international Law's for which the Australian govt is signatory.
To force an experimental medical intervention to be INJECTED into us. Bolstered by a propaganda fear campaign were the whistle blowers and those warning of the dangers were persecuted & their message hidden from view in the main stream media.
The Govt and its regulatory bodies have failed in their mandated responsibilities to do testing and at the bear minimum this represents Criminal Neglect resulting in Manslaughter if not murder post discovery of harm resulting in death, then failing to take reasonable action to prevent or minimise harm.

We need transparency and the truth

Raymond (Adelaide, 2025-08-05)
