To the NSW Parliamentary Committee on the Health Care Complaints Commission under section 65 of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (NSW), it appears that Dr. My Le Trinh has been subjected to a travesty of justice meant to simply punish her via the process.

I implore you to investigate the proper channels were utilized prior to persecution, and offer a remedy to herself and her patients.

I also believe that a public apology is in order, as well as actions to capture previous cases of such unfair practices, and remedies to prevent such unscrupulous acts from ever happening again.
