#1601

I have listened to and investigated My Le Trinh’s story. I am appalled by her persecution and the behaviour of the so-called authorities involved in this case. Thank you for your courage.

John (Sydney, 2025-08-20)

#1602

Everyone needs to be able to defend themselves against allegations by their employment bodies, it is a basic human right.

Sue (2025-08-20)

#1603

I am disgusted with the treatment of Dr My-Lie Trinh and believe she was wrongly accused of things she didnt do. To be banned from working as a doctor for 3 years for prescribing a legal drug is outrageous and the complaints were unfounded and not verified. It is time the truth came out.

Tinki (Narangba, 2025-08-20)

#1604

I support Dr My-le Trinh

Alex (2025-08-20)

#1606

This dr has been unlawfully accused and persecuted by the so called authorities
Her level of knowledge of the unlawful practice by the health commission is outstanding. Ongoing review of this whole ridiculous situation must be urgently investigated.

Myra (Dubbo, 2025-08-20)

#1607

I Agree

Andrew (Taigum, 2025-08-20)

#1608

To ensure AHPRA follow due process

Neil (Doreen, 2025-08-20)

#1609

When and if we find ourselves bought before the courts with a complaint around health care we need to know we are being judged in a manner that is ethical fair and just. This Doctor has been crucified in a very corrupt process.

Brenda (Waterloo, 2025-08-20)

#1611

To many doctors are anabble to work because of incompetent APRA

Angela (Clayton Sth, 2025-08-20)

#1613

I want truth and fairness for Dr My Le Trinh.

Sheryl (Townsville, 2025-08-20)

#1615

I want to help end the corruption of this process

Emy (Glossodia, 2025-08-20)

#1616

Everyone does have the right to a fair hearing, and that right is being denied by organisations within our gov'ts.

Gavin (Busselton, 2025-08-20)

#1618

There is serious concerns around the investigation and prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh, it's unjust, she has an unblemished record !!!!

Eileen (Gold Coast, 2025-08-20)

#1619

Too many good doctors in Australia have lost their licenses and this needs to be looked into.
Dr My Le Trinh should have the right to a lawful trial but appears to be more a “Kangaroo Court”. We must stop this element of injustice from creeping any further into our judicial system.

Janette (Brisbane, 2025-08-20)

#1620

Let doctors be doctors and stop silencing them and wrongfully prosecuting them.

Debbie (Caloundra, 2025-08-20)

#1622

There needs to be an investigation into this

Selena (Wallsend, 2025-08-20)

#1625

I believe in freedom, and body autonomy, and that the parliamentarians should do the right thing buy the people that elected them. Thus doctor did nothing wrong, she saved a life.

Robert (Ashby Heights, 2025-08-20)

#1626

I'm signing because enough injustice has been swept under the carpet and it's time to stop bullying Australia.

Donna (Legana, 2025-08-20)

#1627

The complete injustice of the legal, political and medical profession on this good doctor. Shameful.

Clifford (Traralgon, 2025-08-20)

#1629

over reach

les paglia (victoria, 2025-08-20)

#1631

Our medical system needs to start being truthful and to stop controlling doctors

Tina (2025-08-20)

#1633

Dr My Le Trinh is the innocent victim of an inept, vindictive, unaccountable bureaucracy
She has served the community with distinction
Who is responsible for allowing this travesty to happen?
Shame on you

David (2025-08-21)

#1634

I believe we, as the public, need our human rights to be treated respectfully.

Clare (2025-08-21)

#1635

Drs supposedly signed an oath to do no harm. What are these Drs being throw out of their jobs when they are actually doing the right thing.

Robyn (Brisbane, 2025-08-21)

#1636

The health system is broken & corrupt....this has to change....decent Drs suspended & spending their time in the court system instead of treating their patients

Pam (Yandina, 2025-08-21)

#1637

Dr Trihn has demonstrated that no harm has been done to the original patient where, in fact her prescription saved the patient's life. To be suspended for this action appears corrupt. It's time she was exonerated and reinstated.

Margaret (Renwick, 2025-08-21)

#1638

I'm signing because what has happened to Dr My Le Trinh is a deceitful injustice and such dishonesty by the authorities should not be allowed to continue. When such injustice occurs it leads more and more people to have no faith and respect for medical and legal institutions.

Rina (Sydney, 2025-08-21)

#1640

To support Dr MY-Li Trinh

Johan (Perth, 2025-08-21)

#1642

I neither believe that due process nor impartiality has been shown in the way the Health Commission has treated Dr. My-Le Trinh.

Heather (Beaconsfield, 2025-08-21)

#1644

I am signing because this prosecution is persecutory without legal foundation, marked by bias and fabricated evidence, and far exceeds the scope of the law. Regulators must be held to transparency and accountability.

Michael (Perth, 2025-08-21)

#1645

Government over reach!!

Marilyn (Currumbin, 2025-08-21)

#1646

As an Aussie I feel medical persecution is abhorrent, I believe Dr My-Le has her patients best interests at heart, unlike those that chose to persecute her

vicki (Bairnsdale, 2025-08-21)

#1647

The medical authorities need to be accountable….What they have done to Dr My Le Trinh and other Doctors over covid is absolutely disgusting & atrocious….. I hope justice prevails……I lost my job too over this stupid fear campaign…….” But I choose to live as one who forgives through the One who has forgiven me ….Jesus Christ our Lord & Savour…….But we must stand up for moral justice & truth…..I’m very happy to sign…..from Richard

Richard (Geelong, 2025-08-21)

#1648

I believe that there needs to be transparency and reform of regulators, such as the HCCC, to ensure that due process within correct and lawful procedural guidelines in receipt and investigation of complaints is followed in a timely manner, and not drawn out over many years of suspension, realistically making the process becoming a sentence to those being investigated. What happened to the assumption of innocence until proven guilty?

Judith (Launceston, 2025-08-21)

#1649

Government should not be involved in doctor patient relationship 1

Nick (Milang, 2025-08-21)

#1652

I don’t like corruption and I think it should be exposed

Lesley (Ferndale, 2025-08-21)

#1653

Dr My Le Trinh has not donebanything wrong outside her scope of practice to help people!

Lynda Hutton (Brisbane, 2025-08-21)

#1654

My Le is a good honourable doctor & we need her practising medicine.

Jenny (Sydney, 2025-08-21)

#1655

My Le is a good honourable doctor & we need her practising medicine.

Jenny (Sydney, 2025-08-21)

#1658

The Dr has done nothing wrong IMHO!

Lisa (Darwin City, 2025-08-21)

#1659

Dr My Le Trinh loves her career and care very much for her patient. Her extensive medical expertise and skills go to waste when her medical license is suspended. I stand with Dr My Le Trinh.

Doris (West End, 2025-08-22)

#1660

Hold them to account!

Mike Jagger (Lapstone, 2025-08-22)

#1661

The HCCC needs to be investigated for it's seemingly willful abuse of power and authority.

Kate (Melbourne, 2025-08-22)

#1664

I wish to express my serious concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW in their investigation and ongoing prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh, a general practitioner with an unblemished record of 29 years.

Catherine (MANIFOLD HEIGHTS, 2025-08-22)

#1665

I've had enough of the outright abuse of power and corruption

Robert (2025-08-22)

#1667

I expect total transparency and honesty from everyone involved …. How dare government take away someone’s rights

Liam (Melbourne, 2025-08-22)

#1668

I stand with Dr My Le Trinh.
She has been treated abhorrentl66PAy and needs to be reinstated to her position as a doctor.

Maryanne (Melbourne, 2025-08-22)

#1669

This has shown just how corrupt things really are.

Andrew (Brisbane, 2025-08-22)

#1671

Justice must be fought for

Myles (Brisbane, 2025-08-22)

#1676

An injustice has occurred that must be reversed .
This Doctor has been treated abominably!

Pamela (Ulverstone, 2025-08-22)

#1677

Every one has the right to be heard

Shelly (2025-08-22)

#1679

The injustice suffered by Dr My Le Trinh because of what amounts to a Witch Hunt by HCCC in an effort to cover up their fraud. The case against Dr Trinh is built only on HCCC lies and their manufactured complaints.

Diane (Manoora, 2025-08-22)

#1680

I'm appalled that the HCCC has undertaken to destroy the careers of medical professionals by misappropriating the law. This is overreach of their powers and corrupt to the core and should be not only be investigated but stamped out!

Geri (2025-08-22)

#1681

Dr My Le Trinh as stated in petition has an unblemished record of looking after her patients and has been victimised solely because she thought for herself. As a qualified medical doctor she should be able to make decisions without interference from the likes of the HCCC unless she had caused injury or death which she did not, on the contrary she saved many patients. Leave her alone, she is what Australia needs more of not less. Stop this witch hunt.

Marc (Grafton, 2025-08-22)

#1682

What’s been done to this Doctor is criminal
APRAH silenced doctors 9th March 2021
Regarding the Covid 19 lethal injections.
They then banned ivermectin which is the safest drug ever. They have framed My-Le with false complaints. John Smith seriously! sloppy paperwork and left her brothers Medicare number on the complaint. Ivermectin was not banned at this time yet she’s been treated as a criminal. This women needs reinstating to her role and back pay for what this corrupt corporation has done to her.
She is not the only Doctor that APRAH has targeted. APRAH needs to be sacked and Doctors of integrity need to fill these roles.
What an absolute disgrace. Justice Levoy needs to rule and throw the matter out. Yet he’s sitting on it for 6 months.

Belinda (Gosforf, 2025-08-22)

#1683

Kennedy is leading the way to a truthfulness that has been too long avoided. The science, when free and robust shows the harm of these last 5.8 years and we need to base our laws judgements and institutions upon honest science. Myle is up against a monstrous system of lying and I'll informed bureaucrats. Kennedy and ladapo are world leaders in the expose of the 21st century. Study up.

Mark (elermore vale, 2025-08-22)

#1684

I'm signing because I can not stand any injustice, especially from a system that the public trust to do no harm.

Tony (Campsie, 2025-08-22)

#1685

The HCCC is motivated to hide the real truth behind cheap and effective medicines that clash with greedy pharmaceutical companies

Trevor (Adelaide, 2025-08-22)

#1686

The government is doing everything they want and nothing us tax payers and citizens need .. they all need to go power to the people

Josie (2025-08-22)

#1687

The HCC needs to be held to a higher standard of conduct as this persecution of Dr Trinh shows and those responsible need to be exposed, removed and prosecuted before the public can have any faith in the system.

Ross (Gold Coast, 2025-08-22)

#1689

Government unlawful overreach.

Nada (2025-08-22)

#1690

I am writing because after hearing Dr My Le Trinh share her story on the Graham Hood show I believe she has been unfairly treated by the HCCC.
I strongly suggest you all have a listen to her story and call for her immediate suspension be lifted.
Thank you.

Maria (Perth, 2025-08-23)

#1691

Justice must prevail

Peter (Lambton, 2025-08-23)

#1692

This is a Gross Injustice and Needs to be Rectified and Overturned !!

Sofia (2025-08-23)

#1693

The truth needs to be known

Greg (Medowie, 2025-08-23)

#1695

I'm signing because of the serverity of the abuse of power, disception, lies and overall misconduct from the HCCC and medical council of NSW in their investigation and prosecution against Dr My Le Trinh. These accusations must be dropped immediately and a full enquiry be undertaken to stop this from ever happening again to our dedicated medical professionals.

Lisa (2025-08-23)

#1696

I am signing because, having followed this case from the beginning, I have clearly understood that a gross injustice has been perpetrated against an honourable, experienced family doctor with a hitherto unblemished record; and that, in addition to causing Dr. Trinh incalculable personal and financial harm, it will, if not corrected and it’s perpetrators duly punished for their gross misconduct, leave the door wide open for further corruption and abuse within an already severely damaged medical system that has caused the public to lose an enormous amount of trust in it.

Jessica (Qualicum Beach, 2025-08-23)

#1697

Just like the tick-borne illness travesty of denial, government cover-up, gaslighting and medical malpractice and emotional abuse of patience, all the letter medical agencies need to be dismantled.
For too long, too much power and mindless arbitration has been meted out dishonestly to good, caring (honest) doctors I have seen permanently deregistered through no fault of their own.

Julie (Caringbah, 2025-08-23)

#1698

I believe in righting the wrongs of the past!

Judi (Hay South, 2025-08-23)

#1699

Ethical medical professional must have full freedom of choice and opinion to provide the best care for the patient

Ivan (Perth, 2025-08-23)

#1700

We lost enough from injustice through the Convid Scam. Our jobs & over 200k in earnings. Good doctors were wrongfully silenced & suspended & justice must be served

Melinda (Perth, 2025-08-23)

#1701

I'm signing because I believe a doctor has the right to treat a patient as they see fit without doing harm, and Doctor My Le Trinh, prescribed a drug that had been used for forty years and had one an award for it's effectiveness and safety, and she was confident that it was useful in treating her patient.

Frank (2025-08-23)

#1703

I am disgusted, appalled and outraged at the "treatment" of Dr My Le Trinh at the hands of the HCCC and the medical council of NSW.
I demand justice for Dr Trinh and full reinstatement and restitution for the discriminatory and scape goating practices levelled at her by these bodies that have decimated their right to public confidence in their practices.
An unblemished record of 29 years practice and care of her patients - destroyed for political motivations and shudder to think where the money trail would lead us, before exposing those who are pulling the strings.

Do better, be better - as Dr My Le Trinh has consistently demonstrated in her compassionate and skilled care of her patients.

Claire (Bowral, 2025-08-23)

#1705

Because I have had enough of these departments and the government overreach.
They are not doing the job they where set up to do.
They are destroying people's lives and careers.
Enough is enough

Maree (Maryborough, 2025-08-24)

#1706

This is not just or fair! Proper procedural fairness is necessary for a humane and free society.

William (Brisbane, 2025-08-24)

#1707

The HCCC are treating good doctors appallingly and should be disbanded. They serve no purpose and are unethical and corrupt. They are a disgrace

Toni Close (2025-08-24)

#1708

This is a country of free speech and Doctors should not be silenced if they have concerns for their patients and Australians

Sue (Mossman, 2025-08-24)

#1709

The regulators need to be investigated

Libri (Abbotsbury, 2025-08-24)

#1710

to show support

sylvia (Andergrove, 2025-08-24)

#1711

I feel, after hearing Dr My Le Trinh talk of the circumstances surrounding her suspension as a medical practitioner, that there is a strong possibility of a miscarriage of justice, and if so, it should be rectified.

Cathy (Blue Haven, 2025-08-24)

#1712

Time to acknowledge the mistakes made during Covid. The refusal to learn is worse than the initial mistakes.

Jan (Toowoomba, 2025-08-25)

#1713

It is evident to me that this is the persecution of a Dr who has done no wrong, in that she was looking out for the best interests of her patients, against the captured and often corrupt medical agencies, including AHPRA.

Mairead (Perth, 2025-08-25)

#1715

The system shouldn't be used against good people unfairly and for no reason.

Andrew (South Coogee, 2025-08-25)

#1717

She is innocent.

Ruzica Grubnic (Sydney, 2025-08-25)

#1718

I value freedom of speech and free choice of medical treatment not government intervention in choice of medical treatment .

David (SUNSHINE NORTH, 2025-08-25)

#1723

Pharmaceutical Corporation driven terror of medical professionals must end.

Doctors are trained professionals and the undue influence of these organisations and corruption of regulatory bodies must end. I stand with Dr Trinh

Brent (Maitland, 2025-08-25)

#1724

I am disgusted by the vulgar and fraudulent misuse of power by the HCCC in seeking to punish Dr Trinh for acting according both according to her conscience and in accordance with the law, but against the indefensible decisions of the health bureaucrats.

Jeremy (SUMMER HILL, 2025-08-25)

#1726

To express our serious concern about the conduct of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Medical Council of NSW in their investigation and ongoing prosecution of Dr My Le Trinh.

Elvis (Sydney, 2025-08-25)

#1727

Doctors should not be persecuted by the government for prescribing a drug like Ivermectin

David Knox (2025-08-25)

#1730

Dr My Le Trinh has been persecuted because the allopathic medical industry does not like any form of medical competition at all. The allopathic medical profession uses its financial abundance to stifle genuine medical competition.

Donald Sullivan (Mataranka, 2025-08-25)

#1731

I’m signing this petition because I believe in protecting medical integrity and the right of doctors to treat their patients using their best clinical judgment. The doctor in question saved lives during Covid by prescribing ivermectin, yet she has faced suspicious complaints that appear to have been manufactured by the Health Complaints Commission.

This is not just about one doctor — it’s about safeguarding all doctors from being unfairly targeted, suspended, or having their careers destroyed simply because they don’t follow the pharmaceutical industry’s narrative. No single body should have unchecked power to silence or punish medical professionals for putting their patients first.

By signing, I’m standing against corruption, against abuse of authority, and for the right of doctors to practice ethical, independent medicine in the best interest of their patients.

Larisa (Renwick, 2025-08-25)

#1732

I fully support Dr My-Le and am disgusted by the way she has been mistreated.

Neville (Whangarei, 2025-08-25)

#1733

ATAGI, the TGA, the HCCC and AHPRA have become a stain on Australia's credibility, and something radical ought to be done.

Jared (Melbourne, 2025-08-25)

#1735

Dr My Le Trinh has been punished because she dared to think for her self and treat her patients with the best possible options and care. She behaved with integrity, honesty and courage, all the things doctors are supposed to be and do. She is an inspiration to me.

Angie (Manly West, 2025-08-25)

#1736

Gross injustice has occurred to Dr Trinh. This should never happen again.

Greg (Whitebridge, 2025-08-25)

#1737

Dr My Le Trinh needs to be vindicated so the growing number of people who know what happened to her can restore some hope for law and justice in Australia

Mark (cardiff, 2025-08-25)

#1738

She has done nothing wrong

Andrew (WARNBRO, 2025-08-25)

#1739

Absolutely disgraceful what they have done to many innocent Doctors that have cared for their patients & The Hccc should be under investigation for Crimes Against Humanity

Peter (Allenview, 2025-08-25)

#1740

I’m signing & supporting Dr My Le Trinh because of the persecution & unjust treatment in her proceedings. This case highlights systemic concerns about the way health regulators in NSW exercise their powers. If regulators are permitted to prosecute practitioners without following the law, the rights of every health professional in this state are at risk. What has happened to Dr Trinh is a gross injustice and should never be allowed to happen to anyone else.

Patricia (Geelong, 2025-08-25)

#1741

I'm signing because medical doctors are best qualified to prescribe treatment in consultation with their patient, without undue pressure or coercion from a regulator outside of the sacred doctor/patient relationship. Also due process is appropriate in any civilised society. Due process means transparency, fairness and justice.

Douglas (Wyong, 2025-08-25)

#1742

Utterly disgusting behaviour of a Govt entity breaching repeatedly the model litigant requirements they are required to uphold......such behaviour tarnishes all of Govt.....sack all those responsible from the top down

I don’t want what happened to Dr. My Le Trinh to happen to anyone else.

Marie (Petersham, 2025-08-25)

#1749

We need doctors like Dr My-Le Trinh who read and research to provide best possible care for their patients. The actions of the regulatory bodies against Dr My-Le Trinh seem corrupt and detrimental to the best care of patients.

Madeleine (2025-08-25)

#1751

I believe that there needs to be more Drs like Dr My -Le Trinh that have there patients best interests at heart. We the people need to stand up and fight against corruption

I support this petition

Namron (Sydney, 2025-08-25)

I believe doctors must be free to make their researched decisions for their patient's health. 🙏

Tracey (Melville, 2025-08-25)

#1759

This should never have been allowed to happen

Steve (Port Hedland, 2025-08-25)

#1760

What was done to Dr. My-Le Trinh is an absolute travesty and an abuse of power and law.

Damian (Ascot, 2025-08-25)

#1761

I believe in justice and AHPRA is a corrupt entity accountable to no one, not even the government of the people. They are responsible for the deaths due to the deadly "vaccinations" and suicides, also for the ruining of Doctors lives and their families via illegal and corrupt rules, may God drop the hammer of justice upon these demons.

Frank (2025-08-25)

#1762

Dr Trinh
Did not violate any laws. Dr patient relationship is bound by confidentiality & treatment shall not be dictated by Government.

Alex (Wollongong, 2025-08-25)

#1763

Dr My Le Trinh did NOT do any wrong and always kept to her OATH as a DR and she was set upon unjustly by a very corrupt system that needs to be investigated immediately for lies and corruption.

Loree Scott (Wagga Wagga, 2025-08-25)

#1765

I want an inquiry into the conduct of the HCCC and Medical Council

Tony (adelaide, 2025-08-25)

#1768

I value an honest and just system, not one that can be abused with no challenge.

Aaron (2025-08-25)

#1770

I support Dr. Trinh and its cause for fair and justice treatment of her stand within our community as well as towards health system and its members.

K B Kalaw (Panania, 2025-08-25)

#1771

Dr My Le Trinh deserves all respect for taking care of her patients in the way of her Hippocratic oath.

Nguyen (2025-08-25)

#1772

The HCCC has been abusing me for years with cruel, biased, unfair processes without substantive evidence. It is ideologically driven and tied into systemic conduct including agendas with other bodies. They have no accountability admitted to doing no independent research or investigation. They are a danger to the public

Soulore (2025-08-25)

#1773

This judgement is completely silly, the only thing the good doctor is guilty of is providing decent medical care for her patients! The HCCC and the medical council has effectively lost all credibility, and clearly forget all the lies told throughout the pandemic. Absolutely disgraceful this has happened in Australia!

Erin (Sydney, 2025-08-25)

#1775

The lies, the witch hunt that took place when all Dr My-Le Trinh "caused no harm" in an attempt to save a persons life. She caused no harm, there was no victim in this. The entire pandemic was a lie with a total over reach of power.

Yvonne (Queensland, 2025-08-26)

#1779

The treatment of Dr My-Le Trish is an affront to humanity. She stood against the insanity of the covid era. A truely inspirational doctor.

Ian (Neutral Bay, 2025-08-26)

#1781

Doctors should to be able to voice their professional opinion without fear it does not match the narrative and cost them their registration

Kay (2025-08-26)

#1782

I believe that the HCCC treatment of Dr My-Le Trinh was unjust and fraudulent.

Annette (Sydney, 2025-08-26)

#1784

I’m signing because I believe the HCCC have acted dishonestly and unlawfully in their treatment of Dr My Le Trinh.

Elizabeth (Maclean, 2025-08-26)

#1785

Persecution of this doctor is unjust, unfair, vindictive and smacks of the desire to create a scapegoat of a perfectly competent, caring and empathetic doctor.

Sally (2025-08-26)

#1786

Procedural fairness has been lost. A Disgrace

Kate W (Sydney (syd), 2025-08-26)

#1788

Dr My Le Trinh has been framed, The truth needs to be exposed.

Matthew (Sydney, 2025-08-27)

#1790

Im horrified a Doctor has been suspended with no legal, professional nor ethical reasons by Who?

Doctors should retain the right to treat patients with their education, qualifications and experience with clear open honest consultation with their patients to ensure the patient Ultimately decides on the risk assessment

When no harm has been caused and attacks by any individual OR supposed authority have no metit then how can a professional be suspended for years with No or Petty grievances

I consider how these same authorities allow and defent permanent harm yet target certain Doctors for petty issues

This case is a Disgraceful attack on a caring professional and the reason Doctor/Patient relationships have been so damaged in recent years is due to absolute control of genuine Doctors by Authorities who consistently prove themselves incompetent if not dangerous

Sue (Wollongong, 2025-08-27)

#1791

She’s a legend!

Vicki (Melbourne, 2025-08-27)
