What are they going to do drag their child too if they don't behave. People that abuse animals are the real animals and do go on to hurt their wives and children and other people. I pray he is caught. Can the license plate not be read? Maybe drag him behind a car too and make him lose his skin and see how it feels then jail him and don't fix the sick guys wounds either.
