/ #16 مقترحات قانون الاسرة الجديد2011-04-01 07:48مشروع قانون الاسرة الجديد 1_خفض سن الحضانه الى سبع سنوات للولد وتسع للبنت . 2_اذا تزوجت الام خلال فترة حضانتها تنتقل الحضانه لام الام تليها ام الاب اذا كان الاب متزوج وان كان لا تنتقل مباشرة ثم ازالة الخالة. 3_تغيير ترتيب الحضانه ليكون الام _ الاب _ام الام _ ام الاب. وفقا لمشورة الشيخ بن تيميه 4_على الماذون الذى يعقد قران مطلقة اخبار الاب حتى يرفع قضية ضم اطفال. 5_تحويل الرؤية الحالية الى استضافة "بتكون ليوم او اتنين اذا كانوا ف نفس المحافظة 6_الاعياد الفطر الوقفه واول يوم مع الحاضن اليومين التاليين مع غير الحاضن الاضحى الوقفه واول يوم مع غير الحاضن والباقى مع الحاضن اجازة نص العام تقسيمها بالتساوى اجازة اخر العام بالتساوى ايضا 7_21 مارس عيد الاسرة وليس عيد الام 8_الولايه لالاب ف جميع الاحوال ثم العصبات 9_يمنع سفر الاطفال الا بموافقة الطرفين 10_اذا كانت الحاضنه او امها تعمل لابد ان تتحمل ثلث مصاريف الصغير مع الغاء اجرة الحضانة 11_يجب ان يكون هناك رقابة من مكتب تسوية النزاعات بارسال مندوبين نفسين واجتماعيين لمنزل الحاضن . 12_ ف حالة مرض الطفل يجب ابلاغ الغير الحاضن خلال 24 ساعة والسماح له بعمل زيارة داخل المنزل المحضون به لتحقيق الرعاية الكامله له وف حالة الخلاف لايعد بالشهادات الطبية الغبر الحكومية ويجب ع الطرف الاتصال بالاسعاف وابلاغ الغير حاضن للحضور للمستشفى الحكومى لدفع النفقات 13_على الام الحاضنة الالتزام بمسكن الحضانه والا سيؤخذ منها |
