/ #238 AT&T and me, a "Valued Client"!2014-09-15 22:42I am called a "Valued Client" in AT&T letters mailed to me. Valued Client??? While individual customer service people have generally been helpful to me as a professional over the years, the business decisions from AT&T management regarding BBRY devices make a mockery of the term. Should AT&T continue their business policy this way, even as Blackberry now emerges and fulfllls the smaller need for secure and well designed business phones, I shall no longer be a "Valued Client". There are surely enough toy phones from Android and Apple to satisfy the current childish devotees. |
