We've lived in Woodbridge since 1982 and have raised our four children, and now three of them live in Woodbridge, along with our six grandchildren. The Irvine Company has built enough apartments and Mr. Bren is already one of the richest persons in the world. Enough is enough. Our elected officials need to stop pandering to Mr. Bren and The Irvine Company and stand up for the people of Irvine. Yes, we continue to lose our neighbor businesses like El Cholo, Waters, and the Claim Jumper, just to name a few, all because of the Irvine Company's greed and total lack of concern for the people who live in our community. There is an election coming up on Nov. 4th and we ask all candidates who are running for a council position to stand up and let us know where you stand on this issue so the voters can make their feelings known and counted. |
