/ #982015-07-28 09:20با این طرح فساد خیلی بیشتر میشه. کار نظارت در انحصار عده ای خاص قرار میگیره که رابطه دارند. سهمیه عده ای کاملا پر میشه در حالی که عده کثیری هیچوقت کار دریافت نمیکنند. پای دلالها به این کار باز میشه و یه رشوه ای هم باید به دلال ها داد. بعدشم اصلا با عقل و منطق جور نیست که مالک ناظر خودشو انتخاب کنه. آیا از این به بعد میشه به مالک گفت بالای چشمت ابرو هست؟ مطمئن باشید باید براش چایی هم ببرید!! با اجرای این طرح قیمت ها بشدت کاهش پیدا میکنه و مالک قیمت پیشنهادیشو به ناظر تحمیل میکنه و اگه قبول نکنی هستند کسانی که با کمتر از این هم کار میکنند! قبلا تجربه این بی عدالتی ها رو داشتیم و متاسفانه داره دوباره تکرار تجربه خطا میشه |
