#1620 Конец легенды х-фактор2011-01-17 16:16Х-фактор это английский брэнд, фрэнчайзинг и трэйд нэйм ! Те которые покупают право на производство фрэнчайзингового продукта ОБЯЗАНЫ соблюдать неукоснительно дизайн и четко установленные правила его владельца! Телеканал СТБ грубо нарушило правила(сговор судей и СТБ), а именно были фальсифицированы результаты голосования телезрителей и другие нарушенияю. Учитывая изложенное украинские юристы должны обратится к владельцу - лондонский офис Х-фактора с ходатайством об изьятии права у телекампании СТБ на дальнейшие трансляции этого шоу ! Кроме этого уверен, что владелец Х-фактора подаст в суд(не на Украине !) на СТБ для этого у него есть все основания ! |
