Bring back our december conference

Petition in regards to the summer camp
We as the Devhula Leboa Circuit youth league would like to express our grieveances in regards to the camp that is planned and that has replaced the december conference .
Below are some of the issues that we sported regarding the camp
1. The money that is being paid for one to go on this camp is too much compared to what we normally contribute when going to a conference..this will lead to a division in the league because newly confirmed members will not have a chance to participate in this gathering as only a limited number of people is required by the circuit

2. The days stipulated for the camp can be used for a conference since the days had been reduced and this will increase the chance of forming friendships among our members and also encourage partnerships between parishes within the circuit and other neighbouring circuits among our diocese
3. The dates chosen for the camp do not suite such a long journey as it is during the festive season whereby there is an increase in accidents and a high rise in crime
4. This camp does not bring any unity to the league as there won't be any pastor in charge of the whole camp and since there will not be any supervision from the dean this will lead to misconduct and misbehaviour
