Declare Kirstie Unfit For Jury Duty

I have recently been declared fit for jury duty despite having JUST passed my ESA work capability assessment and being placed in the support group. I have major social anxiety and never go out alone, use a wheelchair 90% of the time, have severe nerve damage in my left arm, cannot sit still for long periods of time and any attempts to get myself into a regular schedule leave me physically ill and bedridden. My medication alters my state of mind, which makes me an unreliable decision maker. 

I am hoping that with enough signatures from people who have seen how my condition affects me (even online through social media) will help change the mind of either my doctor or the courts. Please help!
