Beiðni um félagsfund
Undirritaðir félagsmenn HRFI óska hér með eftir almennum félagsfundi í samræmi við lög félagsins:
III. Félagsfundir 7. Félagsfundir HRFÍ hafa æðsta vald í málefnum félagsins. Aðalfund skal halda í apríl eða maí ár hvert. Til aðalfundar skal boða með auglýsingu í a.m.k. einu dagblaði og á heimasíðu félagsins með a.m.k. 10 daga fyrirvara. Í fundarboði skal tilgreina dagskrá fundarins. Félagsfundi skal halda: a) Ef endurskoðendur kjörnir á aðalfundi fara fram á það. b) Ef meira en 1/10 hluti félagsmanna óska þess. c) Ef stjórn HRFÍ telur sérstaka ástæðu til þess. Krafa um félagsfund skal vera skrifleg, stíluð á stjórn HRFÍ og í henni skal greina frá hvaða mál fundurinn á að fjalla um.
Félagsfund skal halda innan 15 daga frá því að krafa berst stjórn HRFÍ.
Stjórn HRFÍ ákveður fundartíma og fundarstað. Félagsfund skal boða með sama hætti og aðalfund. Í fundarboði skal tilgreina dagskrá fundarins og tilefni.
