Your absolutely right baby. There's no reason for baylee to still be in a foster home. She has two loving parents and a step father, whom wants her to come home as badly as she wants to come home! Please help us gain support so we can show all the signatures to the county commissioners to get there young girl back to her home. Thank you for your support and kind words!

Preble county commissioners needs to stay on this office and start watching and following what they do. They are not God by no means. To me they screwed up and need to rectify their actions and bring Baylee home. She is not a puppy that is for sale. I don't care how well the foster family likes her and how well she fits in. She is simply NOT FOR SALE. Poor Baylee not only lost her sibling baby sister Charlotte now she has to deal with being torn from her family, staring school again in a school district not in Preble county and will not be around kids she knows and to say the least her brother and older sister. Make it right CS and allow Baylee to go home to her mother.

I am one person that will 100% stand up for this mother!!! I know she is hurting and she loves her kids.. Idk what I would do if I lost my son!! Ugh the pain she must feel!!! She lost her youngest daughter and that's horrific enough, but they won't let Baylee come back!! That's just ridiculous!!! I know that little girl loves her mommy dearly as does Vallen love her!! Thank you everyone for your support. I visited Baylee yesterday and showed her all the people who care and want her home. It made her happy. It's my job as her mother to protect her and I've never felt so helpless. I've got a lawyer which I really can't afford but I will not trust my daughter's future in the hands of a public defender. I'm open to any suggestions on how to get hey home. I'm trying to get at least 100+ signatures so thanks again everyone. My heart is so broken, I'm not sure how it even works anymore. God bless you all.

Vallan is family to me, we have been very close our entire lives. I know my cousin and she would NEVER do anything to harm one of her babies. Its just not her. Taking a child from her mother is not helping any problem, it is sadly causing more. Instead of hurting Vallan, why not try helping her? I'm sorry that this is happening to you Vallan, they can't keep you two apart forever! Why dont they ask Baylee what she wants?!

Cps abuses their power too much! They do it here in indiana all too often. They will punish the good parents and ignore the bad. Hiw is it fair to take away a child for the parents popping them on the butt for misbehaving and not even checking up on the one who let their baby starve until it died. The whole system needs to be thrown out and revamped.

Please take the time to re-evaluate this situation and get this little girl home with her family. She has suffered and has lost her sister. I can't imagine losing your sister and being away from your mother at the same time at that age. I think this is unnecessarily traumatizing on the little one and the mother both.

What they are putting this family through is absolutely horrible. I can't believe they can do this. Poor Baylee. She is the one who they are hurting the most. I thought Children's services was supposed to help children not hurt them. There are so many children that really need help but they would rather put this family through hell.

Your gonna ruin this little girls life if you keep her away from her mother any longer.  They're might even be long term damage to mother and daughter from you assholes from taking her away so long.  Give her back to her mother where she belongs and was always suppose to be.  It just makes us all sick to out stomachs to see this pour families heart broken and all you do is break they're hearts even more. Just a shame.  Give her back.  Seriously!  Give her back.  She needs her mother!
