I think our laws in regards to this issue and child abuse also needs to be revived and revisited to prevent innocent children from abuse and death due to ridicule rules within the DHS.

Enough is enough! Why should criminals, especially repeat offenders, be protected or have any rights to be protected. Innocent victims and their families are left to 'pick up the pieces' with little or no support. These victims and their families had no say, or choice, in having their rights of protection taken from them.
Bring back capital punishment for violent crimes, especially for the repeat offenders! Why waste our tax payers money on keeping this type if criminal alive, our tax dollars could be better spent on supporting Australian industry, our farmers and more deserving members of our community!

Dont give them a second chance . We have already seen the results of that. Its about time those making these decisions had more accountability . Seems to me as far as the laws for pedophiles and rapists go they just seem to be getting weaker and weaker . The animals committing
the crime get all the consideration. The victim just left to suffer .Harsher penalties and if those in the positions in our community continually let us down letting the convicted offenders out to reoffend then its about time they were answerable

Laws are way to lenient, far too many sexual predators out there who have been released and committing horrible crimes all over again.. Innocent adults and children are being killed, hurt or are missing out there, bring back the death penalty for criminals like we have seen in the Daniel Morcombe, Jill Meagher and Ballarat's Sharon Siermans.

Isn't this all just common sense? Why is this alright? The courts make the decision to release these horrible criminals to offend over and over again! The decision makers should be severely punished for their actions. Maybe they wouldn't be so lenient with their punishment if the consequences for their decision would fall back on them. Where are the rights for the innocent adults and children who become victims of those who are released back into society to kill and destroy. Dogs are euthanized for causing injuries and death... The punishment should be made to fit the crime!

 That's BULLSHIT! Learn some facts! Most offenders aren't dangerous. Sex offenders have the second lowest recidivism rate. Also most child sex abuse victims are abused by someone close to them. Not someone on the registry.
