I note from your second sentence that you have an issue with land owners. The only land I own is my garden. |

It was just a simple thought that there IS land up near the current school end, which is where I actually thought the build would be (virtually across the road from current location). However someone obviously owns that land and would need to want to not own it. It's a moot point, guess I shouldn't use a discussion thread to think out loud :D |
