People seem to not realise the main point that we are trying to actually put across with this; Seaford Head is trying to stop us from living the way we want to. They are trying to change us to make us the 'perfect students'. The reason that students are deciding to fight back now is because this is another one of Seaford Heads' stupid rules! They push us too far to doing exactly what they want us to do, granted we are meant to follow the rules and be polite and do our work, but it has gotten to the point where we cannot take all these stupid rules. We have rules against hair colour, which is completely idiotic because we are definitely going to be distracted by hair and nail varnish (hint the sarcasm?) The thing with hair colour is that fact that we wish to express ourselves! We can't do it with clothes because we have a uniform, so we started to slightly change the way the uniform looked on us and that completely backfired and all the teachers went nuts! Slowly but surely Seaford Head School is turning into a prison and driving all the inmates (aka us students) to insanity. All we get is rules rules rules chucked at us and we never learn anything because of stress put on us! The reason that we are fighting back now is because we know we can now, we have the power and we are now applying it! That and I have seen Mrs Golds and many other teachers standing around on their phones, if we have to do it then they should too. Rant over, peace out!

I totally agree with everything you said, apart from the "teachers went nuts", it's their job to inforce rule made by Mrs. L.Golds and the Governors unfortunately, some of them our on ours side of this debate. They just don't want to say so.
