Petition for a functional Eurosport Player and quality of service

This petition is to be addressed to the services of Eurosport regarding the poor quality of their Eurosport player. 

The player regularly fails worldwide : either it is impossible to connect or if you connect, you can't access the sports live stream.
This is simply unacceptable since you pay for a service that Eurosport keeps promoting but is completely unable to offer.

Their support services do not communicate on the technical issues and the emails customers send to the support never get any response. 

We hereby request a functional Eurosport player so that customers can access what they are paying for, better customer services and a refund of the subscription when the promised service level is not met.
