Privacy at Harrow Halls

In our short while here at Harrow Halls of Residence, we have noticed that security have started to invade our privacy to the level of extent where it can no longer be ignored. Many students are mutual about this matter and we would like signatures to send the matter to the managers of the halls. Security should no longer walk through our flats, especially at 3 AM. It is hypocritical for them to bang at our doors, walk through corridors loudly and make a fuss, but when we in the privacy of our own rooms sit around and laugh, its suddenly a crime? Help us figure out a way to get through to them.
