The roads are very bad. Infrastructure generally is far below standard.
In my humble opinion the municipality could be losing money by just making add hoc patches here and there.
If roads and electricity reticulation were brought up to standard, the upkeep would be negligible, and in the case of power, much safer and economic.
Thousands of rand are bring lost by bad roads and bad electricity.
