This Is A Petition To have Sheriff Rick Dunlap Removed From Office

We the undersigned call for the immediate removal of Sheriff Rick Dunlap from office.

As we feel he has failed to do his duty as a Sheriff to serve and protect the citizens of Montrose County, As a Citizen and his small dog were attacked by 3 very vicious dogs and he has done nothing about it. The dogs are still running free in the next door neighbors yard.

The Citizen spent 6 days in ICU and stands a 50 % Chance of loosing his hand. He has already had to have two surgeries and faces more surgery and skin grafts. Willie, the little dog spent 5 days in the Vet fighting for his life. The Citizen's Granddaughter whom witnessed the attacks was very traumatized.
