Disenrollment/Academic Dismissal of Christian Reyes from Baruch College CUNY

According to the public information on sexual violence in NY state, he has been charged on allegations of Stalking and Harrassment. No student who committed sexual violence should go unpunished. As a public university your duty is to not only educate the students but also protect the students. Baruch has failed to protect their students by not dismissing Christian Reyes. We demand that Baruch College disenrolls Christian Reyes due to his Sexual Misconduct and cause of public concern.
