Justice for Brent

Hi. My name is Angel my husband Brent Alan Matthews was hit and killed by a car Halloween night. The person that hit him did not stop. She drove her car home and then called the police and made the report.  She told the wrong place of where it happened and the police did not find him the night it happened. They examined her car and said she hit him so hard it broke her front windshield, the passenger side window and bring her side review mirror off. But they did not do any sobriety test or anything because they could not find my husband. (Again because she told them the wrong place) the police looked on the north bound side of the road where they should have looked on the south side, and that were a mile up the road. So my husband laid there until the next morning when a person that worked at the building that he was laying in front of found him and called it in. The person that hit him left the scene, had no insurance and was obviously speeding because of the force if the impact. And the investigator is saying that no criminal charges are going to be brought because of the fact that she called it in. The time line that everything happened according to the 911 dispatch are not adding up. Please sign this petition for me to take to the D.A and get him to look at this case and see if he can explain to me why my husband is dead and the driver isn't even getting as much as a speeding ticket. He has a family that loved him, he has a family that misses him and we need answers. His life matters and  justice needs to be gotten for him. Thank you
