If a kid cannot be safe at school, where are they meant to feel safe? What makes it worse is not only the fact that the girl was punished for her parents speaking out, but the fact it isn’t even the first time nor the second time we’ve heard of little girls getting raped at school without the predators behind held accountable. It’s about time we, as a country act against a world that attacks and objectify women, especially defenceless children. When it comes to things like the country’s economy increasing taxes, the government is quick to act but when it comes to women’s safety it’s rarely spoken about in court.
