Victoria Falls Mayorship position scrutiny

Victoria Falls, the only City in Matebeleland North province and one of those few town councils composed largely of CCC councilors has for the past 5 years been mared with heavy corruption allegations. As CCC members we can not take anymore embarrassment as a people's movement. We hereby propose a strict scrutiny. As a result of this urge, us as concerned citizens we proposed for the following considerations for this term.
