Vietnamese Heritage Night with the San Diego Padres – Community Interest Form
Status Update: This event is officially moving forward! 

Thanks to the support of everyone who signed this petition, Vietnamese Heritage Night 2026 is now in development with the San Diego Padres. We are currently working on event details, cultural programming, and the official theme-night giveaway (a Padres-style Vietnamese Heritage Hat) the first of its kind in Major League Baseball.

Current Progress

• Event has been approved by Padres

• Finalzied game date: Tuesday April 14, 2026

• Group seating will be in the Right Field 200s sections so the community can sit together

• Vietnamese-inspired hat design is in progress and will be revealed soon

• Early ticket presale expected to open Jan / Feb 2026

Xin chào các bạn, Chúng tôi trong cộng đồng người Việt San Diego, cùng hợp tác với các tổ chức địa phương, đang xem xét tổ chức một Đêm Văn Hóa Việt Nam cùng đội San Diego Padres tại sân vận động Petco Park thuộc thành phố San Diego. Đây là một cơ hội lịch sử để giới thiệu văn hoá Việt Nam - ví dụ màn múa lân, áo dài, nhạc, thức ăn, và hoạt động thân thiện với gia đình - trước hơn 40.000 người tham dự. Nếu muốn tổ chức Đêm Văn Hóa Việt Nam, đội San Diego Padres đòi hỏi cộng đồng Việt Nam San Diego ủng hộ đêm này. Đơn kiến ​​nghị là để chứng minh cho đội San Diego Padres biết cộng đồng người Việt, và người dân San Diego mong muốn và có khả năng tổ chức Đêm Văn Hóa Việt Nam thành công.

Nếu bạn ký tên trên cái đơn kiến ​​nghị, bạn giúp chúng tôi trong cộng đồng người Việt San Diego báo với đội San Diego Padres và toàn thể các tổ chức địa phương biết là Đêm Văn Hóa Việt Nam xứng đáng có một khoảnh khắc trên sân khấu thật lớn của San Diego. Khi chúng ta làm việc chung với nhau, chúng ta sẽ tạo ra một đêm văn hoá Việt Nam thành công với lòng tự hào, sự đoàn kết để bảo vệ di sản cho nhiều thế hệ mai sau.
