اجرایی شدن کاهش یکسال از زمان طرح برای دستیاران کودکان ورودی ۹۳ با توجه به سه ساله شدن مجدد دوره کودکان

با توجه به نودمین نشست شورای آموزش پزشکی و تخصصی همان گونه که مستحضرید با ۴ساله در نظر گرفتن دوره آموزشی تخصص کودکان فقط برای یک ورودی ، خسارات متعددی متوجه ورودی های سال ۹۳گردید.از جمله یکسال تاخیر در فارغ التحصیلی ، عقب ماندن از شروع طرح که ضرر های مالی و زمانی عدیده ای داشته و مشکلات شخصی و خانوادگی بسیاری ایجاد نمود ، تاخیر در کسب امتیاز مطب جهت فعالیت خصوصی و ... .
اکنون که مجددا رشته کودکان ۳ ساله شده است، خواهشمندیم مبنای محاسبه طرح برای دوره ما(ورودی ۹۳)، همان ۳ سال در نظر گرفته شود که در نتیجه سهمیه آزاد ۱۸ ماه طرح و سهمیه مناطق محروم۹ سال تعهد موظفی خواهند داشت و با احتساب یکسال اضافه دوره دستیاری، معادل طرح، ۱۲ ماه نیز کسری طرح به ما تعلق گیرد و نهایتا تعهد باقیمانده سهمیه آزاد ۶ ماه و سهمیه مناطق محروم ۸ سال در نظر گرفته شود که در مناطق مختلف با ضرایب مربوطه محاسبه شود. شایان ذکر است که به دلیل کمبود نیروی متخصص کودکان ناشی از نبود فارغ التحصیل در سال گذشته، در تعدادی از دانشگاه ها دستیاران سال آخر به جای طرح یکماهه، طرح ۳-۶ ماه را گذراندند و در سایر دانشگاه ها نیز به عنوان پزشک مقیم سال چهارم را گذرانده اند. امیدواریم مساعدت حضرتعالی در خصوص تسریع در ابلاغ این مورد، مانع از ظلم مضاعف طولانی تر شدن طرح نسبت به سایر دوره ها گردد.
