co-op victimisation

i am launching a petition to raise awareness of the unfair and unjust victimisation of a very good friend of mine, he is at the moment going through a very bitter and destructive court case to try and protect his children from his ex wife who has taken it on herself to try and destroy my friend both emotionally and financially to stop him gaining custody and contact of his two children.

18 months ago my friends wife was found to be having an extra marital affair after being with my friend for 24 years, he had remained monogamus and spent most of his time caring for their two children whilst his wife worked and went out drinking with her friends, on hearing of the affair my friend tried to seek professional help through marriage councelling to try and minimise the trauma to the children but his wife decided to vanish with the girls accusing my friend of a serious assault, this was later denied in court but the stigma has remained with my friend. his wife had taken the children to a womans refuge again claiming that my friend had beaten them (proven false) and has since then denied the affair amongst other proven facts which include a gambling addiction, psychological problems etc. now forgive me if i am incorrect in assuming that if my friend had indeed assaulted her or any of the other domestic abuse claims she has made, the very last place she would want to put herself would be 100 yds from his front door working in the local co-operative store, please bare in mind she now lives the other side of the town but she has put herself in the position of coming face to face with my friend on a daily basis.

this is where the petition comes into play, during visits to the store my friends ex wife has become verbally agressive, made every attempt to bad mouth and discredit him even to the point of telling staff and customers of his depression and aparrent mental instability so my friend lodged a complaint to the store regarding this behaviour but was told in no uncertain terms that the complaint wouldnt stand, he cannot see how but he then went further and complained to the head office, the outcome being apparently after a lengthy investigation my friend is now barred from the store because it makes his ex wife uncomfortable, what i am asking now is signatures of people who would agree with the lifting of the barr and the transfer of his ex wife to a different store as i and my friend cannot see any other alternative, he has never caused any problem within the store and has now been put in the position of major inconvenience without any real reason, this is clearly a case of further aggressive actions by his ex wife to try and discredit him further and is morraly and ethically wrong please sign if you agree
