Proposed development in wrong place inconsistent with the needs of our small market town. It will hugely impact on our local services eg schools, medical amenities and furthermore where would all these people find work. It would increase the risk of run-off flooding recently experienced and wreck the appearance of the surrounding area.

I object to all the large housing planning applications for Horncastle. The town can not cope with the extra Drainage/Traffic/Doctors patients/Dentist Patients, there is a total lack of local employment now.
Small developments of 6 or seven house is acceptable but not 700
