To stop gangstrezim and drugs in our area

My mom and other family members stay in Mitchells plain. People are being gunned down daily, on their doorsteps, next to piblic schools, in their backyards, almost on every corner. Why? Because of drugs, money and turf wars? Who is to blame for their bad choices in life? They are not forced into any circumstance! They themselves make these choices. Now innocent people are being killed daily! Stop the violence!!!

Because crime and drugs has gone to far and I'm fed up and in fear for my life nowhere is safe any more you a constant target

I signed this petition,because I want change in mitchells plain,I have 2 children that I think of and worry about everyday.

Against drugs, gangsterism and the killings daily in Mitchells Plain

To stop daily shootings & killings and to end drugs & gangsterism

Not to live in fear everyday. For my kids to have the freedom of not being scared all the time.

For my heart not to pump so fast everytime I hear bang..for the goverment to do something about the senseless murders. Rapes.. And drugs.. May the almighty protect all of us from this EVIL that is happening.. LET OUR CHILDREN be children and play freely.. And not dodge bullets..

Sick and tired of crime in Cape Town

I live in Mitchell's plain surrounded by gangsters, but it is getting worse. police are also involve with gangsters.

I stayed in m/plain almost 10 years ago. Too see and hear what is happening now saddens and scares me. I got family staying that side, makes me worry about their safety. M/plain was never like it is now and it needs to come to an end.

For safety security in and around the city free f rom drugs free from gangsterism free from prostitution.cause these nigerians is using our youth for prostitution in exchange for money

Tired of being afraid living in war zones ruled by gangs

Because gangs and drugs are so in control they hold communities hostage slowly killing mitchells plain

Cos i can't take all this drugs + killings robberies any more. I feel like I'm in a Jail it's A WAR ZONE

Fighting for peace and safety!

It is time for change,too many people are dying everyday.My kids are prisoners in their home.I have 3 sons,2 have been gunpointed twice and it was traumatic for us as a family.If I could afford to move out ,I would.We need help,to make Mitchells Plain,safe again,for our kids.

Please save out people in Mithcells Plain.

Our lives are in danger every day - our children are like prisoners in their homes. Our wives, parents and defenseless are all affected. We need a hero..

I'm afraid how its gonna be still for my children & their children if it goes on the way it is now.

We need serious,ongoing intervention,for the sake of our children who are the future leaders.The people in power must lead by example and stamp out the scourge of crime.

With all the violence and crime being rive in our communities signing the petition its only one way to stop the violence and crime, by bringing in da army. I'm all for any form or way to rid the community of this evils and vices.

I think it is something very good it is a step in the right direction,maybe through this petition we can also show government that we as law abiding citizens are tired of the scourge of gangsterism and drugs in our communities on the cape flats.
