ThingS are getting out of hand in and around my comunity.all the shooting robbing hijacking drugs on a daily basis this is too much.why must we live in fear in our own homes,what is this goverment gonna do about it,i am a law abiding citizen and.demand protection from this so called govermant,why should they protect foreighners and not protecting their own.!!!

We travel to Mitchell's Plain 80 percent of the time as my inlaws stays there, three of our brothers and one sister. Mitchell's Plain is a great place, I grew up in Mitchell's Plain so lets reserve that greatness for our kids to enjoy as well and make away with all gangsterism and drugs. VIVA Mitchell's Plain

We need drastic changes in our communitiies innocent people are dying everyday we have been ignored for far too long and it is not acceptable we are law abiding citizens gangsterism is destroying us all even tho we are not gangsters young kids are being recruited and our kids are being robbed of their education due to gang violence we have had ENOUGH and we WANtT the army to be deployed asap they together with the police task forces and Pres Zuma made an OATH to serve and PROTECT all the citizens so therefore we plea with authorities to fulfill their duties

I dream of a peaceful community for our children to grow and our Elders to happily enjoy their old age. A peaceful community where our children have a chance at a bright future and not be surrounded by these gang and drug infested environments, which is crippling the future of our beautiful children of Mitchell's Plain.

I live in Mitchells Plain for all my life since birth.. It saddens me to see what it has become. We are no longer safe, we fear for our kids, neighbours and family members. Gangsters are taking over and we fear for our future generation yet to come.

To be completely honest, I've never been someone to involve myself in social struggles... But the gangsterism, drug & turf wars in Mitchells Plain and Cape Flats in general is becoming a real burden.
The SADF need to step in! ...and that goes for all areas of the Cape Flats too.
