Help return my children

My children (3 boys) have been in foster care for nearly 2 years now. I’m trying to bring them home.
This was due to my mental health having a decline during an unstable point in my life due to postnatal depression, domestic violence and an EUPD diagnosis.
I am now on the right tracks with my mental health and receiving the correct support, however, time is ticking in proceedings and I don’t have much longer to fight for them.

I have struggled with depression, anxiety and eating problems for a long time but now, I've getting the correct help.
