Ministers call for federal investigation to protect all citizens from wrongful incarcerations

FORBES Questions US Attorney's Claims

Hello Citizens. We all are guaranteed the right to truthful service by elected officials and public servants. Please join and support the Ministers request to Ohio Senators Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman, Ohio Governor Mike Dewine, Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio Mayors Aftab Pureval and Andrew Ginther asking them to publicly call for a federal investigation into wrongdoing by federal government employees within the US Attorney's Office in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio.

Based on newly revealed evidence, attorneys within the US Attorney's Office outright lied to Baptists Ministers in order to cover-up a wrongful conviction. Rather than simply provide real bank records, the US Attorney now claims his Office shredded PNC Bank records showing loans which both PNC Bank and the US Treasury Department now confirm never existed. The fake loans were used to prosecute a black business owner.

1. Why is the US Attorney claiming he shredded records when a man is still fighting his wrongful conviction? How can he shredd records that never existed? The case is not over as the business owner still maintains his inoccence and turned down plea deals offered by the government.

2. Is someone in the US Attorney's Office a party to a cover-up of wrongdoing by PNC Bank executives who concealed an internal bank email about restructuring transactions to elude improprities? Has someone been bribed?

3. Why is the US Attorney's Office refusing to accept the new evidence by both PNC Bank and the US Treasury Department both of whom confirmed the loans which led to the wrongful conviction never existed? Why is he relying on the lies of PNC Bank executives who lied under oath?

4. Why is the US Attorney's Office trying to sweep the matter under the rug which led to the wrongful imprisonment of a black business owner for 13 years?

A federal investigation is necessary to protect all citizens from wrongdoing and cover-up by attorneys within the US Attorney's Office.
