MOST OF THE RESIDENTS IN RISCA AND PONTYMISTER HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SOUTH FACEING VEIW OF OCHERWYTH,WHICH HAS NOW BEEN DYSTROYED BY A OVERSIZED NEON 'TESCO EXTRA'SIGN WHICH DOMINATES THE VEIW OF THE VALLEY FOR AT LEAST 3 MILES FROM ROGERSTONE TO CROSSKEYS. THIS IS IN MY OPINION IS GRAFFITI OF THE WORST KIND! WHY THEN SHOULD IT BE LEGAL?
