bij het tekenen van deze petitie verklaar je dat je het eens bent met de eis op recht tot zelfbeschikking over je eigen tuin en de bomen erin, weliswaar overeenkomstig de belgische wet op snoeien in geval van overlast bij je buren. de aanleiding tot deze petitie is het vonnis van de vrederechter in de zaak Alain De Coessemaeker, waarbij de man veroordeeld werd tot het kappen van ALLE bomen in zijn tuin, ondanks zware insnoei; een vonnis puur gebaseerd op persoonlijke smaak en misbruik van een 150 jaar oude voorbijgestreefde wet.
