stop false allegations in court to get legal aid without any evidence .
or solicitors to throw in last minute lie again without evidence .
no judge can just rule on say so until evidence is provided .
any one using legal aid should provide evidence and police reports if needed .
if legal aid is granted without these , the person should be made to pay cost back to legal aid and the other party.
Change doesn't happen by staying silent.
