Viet & Dao Nguyen at 801 Azalea Rd have had tarps on this empty house for years and now a repair shop is using it to store 30+ vehicles in the yard. More vehicles, commercial washers, and workers are showing up every day! This is terrible for our property values, business owners, and is against its R-1 zoning.
