Allow cupcakes for birthdays & parties in class AGAIN

This is a petition to allow cupcakes as a birthday and holiday treat. There has been a policy change in our school only that states we can no longer bring in cupcakes/desserts to celebrate a child's birthday in class with their friends or bring them in for our holiday parties. They refuse to let us bring in these desserts for the kids AFTER they've already ate their lunch but they continue to serve them a honey bun for breakfast as a whole meal!!   We want this changed back so we can continue to bring in cupcakes/desserts for the kids. As always, we will continue to work with the kids who have allergies to make sure they get something special for that day also.
