DEMAND ANIMAL PROTECTION LAW DEBATE IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE CONGRESS

Since the Commission of Andean, Amazonian and Afro - Peruvian , Environment and Ecology has unanimously approved the opinion of the Bill 3371/2013 -CR Protection Act and Animal Welfare , which aims to protect animals , and having due have passed this debate , we urge the President of the Congress of the Republic of Peru Ms. Ana Maria Solorzano AMSolorzanoF put it on the agenda as soon as possible to be debated by the full Congress for approval and so can start to govern nationally , considering URGENT seen successive events of abuse, torture, trafficking and killing of animals in Peru leaving all impunity , the lack of a law to protect these innocent beings.
