Dear Chia,it is a long way to immigration due to latest immigration rules.I was enrolled in 2007 but I had to withdrow and submit a new application in 2011 but still I am waiting for my new file number so have more patience and one more recommendation :do your best in improving one formal language of canada either English or french and have your documents evaluated before leaving IRAN.If you are doctor ,try to take part in the medical examinations of medical council of canada while in IRAN.Sincerely Yours,Charlotte

As mentioned in the petition my clients are not able to attend to their interviews, because of the delay in processing and issuing a temporary visa in Canadian embassy in Tehran. One of my investor clients is waiting for his visa to come to Quebec from March 2011. when he contact embassy they simply say; wait!

 Dear Chia, we are taking one step at a  time to address the lengthly procedures with the government of Canada and ministy of citizenship and immigration Canada. This is just a step to bring to the ministry's attention that the processing time in Canadian consulate in Iran is unreasonable.

 Honestly if the Canadian staff care for Iranian who leave and are part of very strong and active cumminiuty in Canada SHOULD facilitate Iranian much easier than the way now is handeled, there are a lota of Iranian in this country that are very very upset about this.

As you might have noticed the procedure is taking much more longer for the Ministery of Immigration has decided to put the applications submitted after June 28, 2010 in priority. Some opposintional actions has been taken against this unfair decision and we are hopeful to come to a fair conclusion with them pretty soon.

 The title should read:

PETITION TO ELIMINATE UNREASONABLE VISA PROCESSING TIME IN CANADIAN EMBASSY IN IRAN

But due to petition title space problem is not showing completely.

I have an approved job offer by HRSDC and my employer desparately needs me to be there in Vancouver as soon as possible.The problem is that my offer of employment is expiring in December 2, 2011 . I applied for a temporary visa nearly 5 months ago and they were supposed to reply to my application in 8 weeks but now after approximately 19 weeks I haven't heard of them any thing about my application.I have reminded this important matter to the embassy but they have ignored me and now I am losing this opportunity just because of irresponsibility of some authorities of Canadian embassy in Tehran.

we are not satisfied from long time to get visa for immigration.

just i tired of waiting!!

It's not fair.we are just student. we will have a university class after 13 days and we haven't done any thing to our study plan in Canada.we haven't still gotten our visa.Is that fair????It's not human rights.Bachelor and master and P.h.d students are waiting to study. studying are human rights.please consider our rights.
