Concerns Regarding Lecturer Conduct and Support

Petition Description:

We, the undersigned students, are raising our concerns about being mistreated during our course. We believe that the learning environment has become discouraging due to the following issues:

1. Lack of Constructive Feedback: Our draft assignments are not being reviewed, and we are not receiving guidance to help us improve before final submissions.
2. Negative Comments: The lecturer often makes discouraging remarks such as “you are going to fail,” which impacts our motivation and mental well-being.
3. Insufficient Presentation Time: During presentations, we are not being given enough time to fully present our work, which affects our grades and confidence.
4. Lack of Kindness and Professionalism: We feel that the lecturer does not treat students with the respect and kindness expected in an educational environment.

We request that the institution investigate this matter, provide appropriate support to students, and take steps to ensure a more supportive and constructive learning environment.
