Reduce DMV Lapse Fees by 50%

Whereas: Current DMV fees are discriminatory against lower income families. 

Whereas: Most drivers under 25 pay more than the rest of the population.

Whereas: $250-750 is a crushing blow to most regular Nevadans.

Whereas: Situations occur in which someone may have to temporarily cancel insurance or registation; health, family, travel, etc. 

Therefore: We need to reduce the amount in which the DMV heavily fines Nevadans by half.
