Rea E. Kibir (A.K.A Yangpi Payang) a teacher in Bohol State University has a unacceptable behavior as teacher and here's why.
Her behavior is unacceptable and she shouldn't be allowed to be a teacher. I created this petition because she is a disgrace as a teacher with that kind of attitude and she should be fired.d
As you can see in the pictures below, a her student is facing personal problems because the student's beloved partner is in need of a kidney transplant. Because of that, the student contacted her teacher in Facebook Messenger asking permission to be late due to the problem.
The teacher then called her "hilas' and told her to know her place. A very rude and entitled teacher, what she speaks of her student is what she is which is a hypocrite.
