Save Torriano Infants

As some of you may know the parents of both Torriano Schools received a devastating letter this afternoon to inform us that the school is trying to become one school. Now it is two separate schools, with two headteachers, two set of staff teams, two playgrounds etc! This benefits the children who attend Torriano so much with their Social & development needs. 

By the schools becoming one, how will the "Headteacher" decide where her time goes and where will she be based? What building? What staff will be kept on? This is a devastating blow to Torriano! It will become a massive school especially for all the key stage one children who start from the little age of 3! We need your help to all sign the petition that has been set up by parents of the schools. Torriano has been run like this for so long ... Why change now? It has been proven to have two brilliant schools with outstanding ofstead! We know the infants haven't done as well in the last inspections but with the staff turnovers and new staff it just needs to be lead by a strong, driven team which the school have tried so very hard! This will Not only effect our children's lives but also ALL The staff at TORRIANO, more job cuts!!!! Please please support us by sharing this and coming together! 

You can sign the petition at the school Monday morning !!!! We need as much help as possible and we are calling all PARENTS/CARERS OF THE SCHOOL NOW/ PAST OR PRESENT and ALL THAT HAVE HAD SOME SORT OF INVOLVEMENT / ATTENDENCE WITH THE SCHOOL!!!!
