Stop Parking Fines for Workers When Out on a Job

This petition is to stop giving out fines for working vans in loading bays with slighly run over time. 

Sometimes unloading goods to a site can take more than 10 minutes. Giving out fines for those who are hard at work should be stopped. 

If the workers are in a working uniform and working vans they are clearly working and out on a job. 

A study found that councils have issued an average of 13,000 parking fines a year since 2015, with figures rising 10 percent year-on-year.
